The drinks here might as well be on the menu as ice drinks considering they fill the entire cup to the brim with ice. $7 for 8 sips of a drink is ridiculous.

I have never had a good coffee or beverage here! It also isn’t cheap! I’m over trying to give them chances! These last drinks were so bad that we got through the drive thru that when we tried them we dumped them out and wrote it off. No thank you! I don’t know how they are so popular and opened another location in Marion!

Lights where on and sign said open. Couldn’t get staff to acknowledge us or even wait on us. The wife wanted to get a drink before I went in for major surgery. Won’t ever be returning to any Scooters.

You can’t go wrong with any of their hot drinks. They have the BEST coffee around. If you love coffee this is the place so yummy. The staff are great very friendly and I just love this location.

I went through their drive thru this morning about 9:45 before a 10:00 meeting. Ordered a medium extra hot latte. I also asked politely for a second cup. They thought I wanted to split the coffee and I said no I wanted the extra cup to help insulate the coffee as I liked it to stay hot. I got to the window and had to ask again for the extra cup which they gave me. I paid $5,35 for the coffee and gave them a two dollar tip. I headed across town for the meeting and took a sip of the coffee. It was barely tepid. I was, of course, not happy but instead of going back and being late for my meeting I didn't touch the rest of the latte and stopped back by the store at 12:30 to get another latte. The woman at the counter asked if I wanted to BUY another one. I said I didn't think I should have to pay for it as she could see the latte was untouched. She said two hours was too long. I explained that I was at a meeting and that this was the soonest I could get back. She said she would be "happy to throw my latte away" and that I should "have a nice day". I am not sure what else I could have done. There are many coffee shops to pick from in Prescott and not surprisingly I will never go back.
