I work around the area and been here multiple times. Britney is the rudest employee I’ve ever met. Anytime Britney has helped me I’ve had a rude, unfriendly, and confrontational experience. Sent in a formal complaint after Britney argued and was extremely rude today. I see I’m not the only one who’s had this bad experience. It’s not nice to go on my break and deal with someone so unpleasant I’m trying to relax and get a coffee that’s all. Chill Britney, no one is trying to ruin your day, be happy :)

I got a Grande Nitro cold brew I understand that there's supposed to be some foam with the Nitro but when there's a full inch of space when it settles. I'd ask the girl at the window to put more in there and I don't even know she did because it didn't look any different so I went inside and asked them about it and I told them that they need to pour it differently only to get attitude more or less. I also suggested maybe that their carbonation was off but they assured me that everything was green and a-okay . Normally I don't have problems with this Starbucks that's why I actually go to that location and the staff is normally very friendly, this was an entirely different staff that have seen before.

I am a long time customer of Star buck- today I was shocked -I just ordered a vanilla shaken expresso-with no ice and received a 1/2 cup! They took my FULL payment and handed me this half cup of espresso - HALF-(I did tell the girl at the drive through that this is not okay to serve someone 1/2 of what they ordered and take a full payment - she was busy so I continued on to not block the line-Also noteworthy- this location makes these shaken expresses on the bitter side- it’s the only location that I’ve experienced this - same drink ordered at target or other side of teen is sweet- it’s like they use less sweetener or it’s diluted ?

I will never go back to this location. There is only one person here that I have had a good experience with and I wish I knew her name but every single other employee is so rude and disrespectful. They obviously do not care at all and also have messed up my order multiple times and are even more rude when you ask for the correct order. I will definitely be driving down the road to a different location I can’t believe it is so bad for being brand new. I hope that girl gets all the recognition she deserves there’s no doubt in my mind she is the only reason anyone goes back to this location. Absolute disrespect and seem disgusted to work there. Do not go here just drive a minute down the road to Blaires Ferry or walk into Hy-Vee across the street.
