Ordered my usual pecan crunch oatmilk latte and the espresso was extremely burnt. I ask for it to be remade and they did. This time they made it with no cold foam and the espresso was still burnt. Absolutely terrible.

live near here and go to this Starbucks almost weekly. Today was the worst experience I've had in years. I didn't even want my drink and just walked out. It was obvious the waiter was new and had no idea what they were doing. I explained my drink three times. When I questioned the price, saying it was different than what I usually pay, another waiter came over to explain, and the new waiter turned around with a sneer and a pimple-filled expression on her face. I've lived here for five years and have never been treated that way. It was terrible, and I will continue to complain to Target and Starbucks management. I'll never forget that sneer and pimple-filled expression. She even laughed.

Order was taken fast and drink came out as ordered. Barista made a suggestion for an addition to my drink that I liked.

The space could definitely have been cleaner. With 3 baristas and no line, one of them could have been cleaning

This is the unfriendliest Starbucks in Cedar Rapids. A bad experience with the coffee server being unresponsive and i will never go back. Thankfully, there are other Starbucks locations to choose from.

Ordered a grande pumpkin spice, took 10 mins to prepare while I was the only customer in line inside. To than getting my latte that I didn’t even try until I got to my destination for it to look and taste like pumpkin spice milk no hint of coffee noticed at all. Yuck?. I dumped it out and will not be going back. DO BETTER.

The girl name Alex with blonde hair was so rude. I ordered 2 frappe and the cashier only charged me one..so I went up and ordered another one and said I wanted the chocolate frappe. She didn't listen carefully and ended up making the caramel frappe. I said no, I said chocolate, there are 2 people can hear that I said chocolate. She then throw a fit of putting the frappe away very loudly and continue to make another one for me and gave it to me the right drink. It's not my fault that you don't listen to my order. She definitely showing me clear attitude, my 9 years old niece even said that she had attitude. I never experienced anything like this before from this Starbucks, but Alex was visibly rude to me with her attitude and tantrums

Some of the best coffee I have ever let pass my lips….there is no doubt in that statement, however, in order to continue this guilty pleasure one needs a six figure paycheck….good Lord this place is EXPENSIVE!!!! Therefore I can only give this place 3 stars. Come on Starbucks, think of the common woman and man, lower your prices

They got one of two drinks correct. When confronting the mistake, Sydney was very rude. We will not be back. There are other Starbucks with better customer service.

I ordered 2 drinks, one was right, the other one was wrong, Sydney told me it doesn't matter and that won't hurt anything and caught a really bad unprofessional attitude with me, what ever happened to service and the customer is always right? I will not be returning, Sydney is rude and she should not be working with customers, her attitude is very poor. the one star should be 1/2 a star
