I'm from the area, I now live elsewhere, and I visit Hiawatha a lot. I visit family, and I just like a good road trip home. I camp, go to hotels, I do whatever I feel like doing next. Most of the employees at the Blair's Ferry Starbucks this week were fine. One was so rude on my way out that I won't be back. I'm guessing they are just an unhappy person.I bought like three drinks a day and tipped $2 with each drink ("refresher", hot chocolate). I think I sat and did research twice sitting at a table. I always cleaned up if I did rarely use a table. Due to the Canada wild fires the air quality index was over 200. I was grounded, and couldn't do what I had planned this week. Four week road trips are a "whole thing". I decided right then that the fires were not ending so I abruptly changed plans. I got one last "refresher" as I would be in the car for hours. This was their tipping point for some unknown reason. I take it most customers AT THIS LOCATION use the Starbucks app, or use GrubHub. This person might be annoyed that I'm ordering in person taking up her time. I would use the Starbucks app except I shut it down after my Starbucks account got hacked. Scooters Coffee is further out, but they fit the bill. If I need internet for a moment the Kum&Go has great WiFi, and KwikStar is better for "real food".

We ordered there and it was all fine but then we got up to pay and get are stuff we paid but then it was a whole 15 mins to 20 but we finally got our drinks and it was all wrong we ordered one venti strawberry refresher with no berry’s and with peach juice and then we ordered a grande strawberry refresher with no berry’s and with peach juice then we ordered a tall strawberry refresher with no berry’s and with cold foam we then ordered a grilled cheese and a bacon sandwich we got the bacon sandwich and the grilled cheese but when are drinks came out it was all wrong all of the drinks were strawberry refreshers with no berry’s and peach juice and they were all in the wrong sizes and there was no cold foam on top and had peach juice and they gave us a matcha instead of our mocha crumble

I don’t usually complain but when I was handed my drink today and it wasn’t filled to the top I said something to the girl about it, she told me it’s how I ordered it that it wasn’t full, I informed her that I’ve been ordering it this way for well over 6 months and it’s always been filled to the top at every other location I’ve ever been to!! I spoke to who I assume was a manager and she all but told me I was wrong and wouldn’t fix my drinks, needless to say I will never be back to this location!!!

Its an OK place I am not a big fan of Starbucks I have had better of everything they offer somewhere else and probably for a lower price I only good a few times a year to a place like this and that is when someone else is paying or I some how get a gift card its nice that we have a place like this but its not high on my list of places to be... Not my 3rd Place :)

Great place to go if u want ur drink made wrong twice so u just take the messed up drink and leave and call customer service to get ur money back because the chick making the drink could clearly care less about the job shes doing and u cant drink ur coffee because its nasty.

Just want to start by saying all the employees were very polite and working super hard. Unfortunately, there was little to no communication during my visit. Came during a rush, ordered a drink and sandwich. Drink came out in about 5 mins, ended up waiting over 20 minutes for the sandwich. I was standing right next to the counter, hearing multiple people’s names called who had ordered food after me. Come to find out, the rest of my order had been sitting there for a few minutes and nobody called my name for it. If it’s going to take 20 minutes for food, let the customer know. Had I known this, I would’ve just ordered the drink. I don’t want this to take away from the kind, hard working employees, but it was a very frustrating experience.

Always slow to get drinks made. I really hope they improve. Mobile orders take longer than if I were to wait for 10 cars in the drive thru. ?
