I have gone there several times to work on school work. I ordered a coffee and sometimes a pastry. They are always great. No one bothers me, the wifi works, and I get a lot of work done. It is perfect for what I need :-)

Nice location. Plenty of seating options. Friendly staff. Seems popular. It was busy during our visit, so the service was probably slower than usual. Inside, there were a few customers waiting for orders, and a big group at a table. Outside there was a long line of cars in the drive thru. For customers inside, if they don't notice the long line of cars, they might wonder why the orders are taking a bit longer. BACKGROUND — Starbucks locations are fairly reliable for quality drinks, food, and good service. Occasionally you'll arrive at a Starbucks during one of the unpredictable surge rush periods, or when a group arrives. So, that can slow down the service. Also, there are times when a location might be short staffed or having new trainees getting trained. When all that happens at one time, it's challenging.

I just came through the drive through and the gentleman who took my payment and gave me my coffee is a dream come true in the service industry. He needs to be cloned for all service industries. He's is new only two weeks in and made my entire day. He was so personable and kind with a great smile and very nice words. Please praise him and keep him. He is awesome.

Each time I've come to this location, which has been four separate times at different hours of the day, I've had an okay experience with staff. However, this review isn't based on my staff interactions, you're in a drive thru so there's very little. The quality of my drinks every single time has been terrible in comparison to other Starbucks locations. I thought requesting and paying for extra additions would fix the issues, but this last drink legitimately just tasted as if there was a majority of water, a little milk and burnt coffee. I've never left a review before but I'm hoping this will encourage better quality checks on the drinks they're putting out for customers. This is my first really negative experience at a Starbucks, and I will not be coming back due to the repeated poor quality of the drinks themselves. Hoping this helps others looking at reviews!

I've used the order ahead app 3 times in the last several months to order a couple of the larger travelers for work events. Usually 2 or 3. I know they take extra time so I order them from home and head over once the app says my order is ready because I only live a mile away. Each time it hasn't even been started when I've gotten there and each time I've had to wait at least 15 minutes. Please don't mark orders in your system as ready when you haven't even started them yet.
