service was awful, asked for caramel drizzle on 2 drinks in my order and didn’t get it but paid for it. i asked the lady to put it on there and she walked away. one of my drinks came out with foam all over the outside with the lid barely on

Online only(Edit)After two bad experiences I had stopped coming here, however after the past couple of recent experiences this place had become one of my personal favorites. With being able to order in store compared to being told off because I couldn't initially. I can now write that bad experience off. If you're ever in the area and want some great Starbucks I recommend it. And if you ever want a 10/10 experience, Heather is definitely the right person.

I went in this morning for breakfast and noticed there were chunks in my drink. This hasn't happened before so I googled it an found out they used the last of a bottle and didn't strain the milk before. Very unpleasant.
