This location is my favorite!! i always ask for extra berries and they carry everytime compared to other locations! the baristas are always so kind, i had a guy with blonder features and he was seriously the nicest a food industry worker has ever been!

I get that it's gonna be busy at a coffee place in the mornings, but they gotta do something about the crazy drive thru times, which can be unreal at this location and their small lot can't accommodate it. Promote/incentivize using the app to pre-order before drive thru pick up???

Not a huge coffee drinker at all in fact maybe been to Starbucks 2 times in my 37 years of living . But for some reason I was hankering something but not sure what and that when the barista Tiffany went above and way more then beyond in helping me figure out what I was hankering and that was Carmel ribbon crunch cream based. Very well pleased with customer service 10/10 will be back thanks to Tiffany!!

I think there's better Starbucks locations around town, the coffees drinks I get from here never seem to taste as good as I remember from other locations. But it is massive inside! It would be a good one to swing by and set up shop for a few hours, and the folks behind the counter a nice enough!Parking: The parking lot is on the small side, and the car drive through is a little ridiculous, people have no shame ya'know

So to preface, I used to work here. I quit for a variety of reasons, one being shift lead Addison being downright rude and unprofessional towards every employee. Today I went in for a coffee, minding my business I ordered paid and went about my day. Shift lead Addison took it upon herself to begin talking poorly about myself and other partners. As I am now a customer simply wanting a coffee I find this behavior egregious and inappropriate. I’ll have to start getting my coffee elsewhere because person attacks of my character is unacceptable.

Every visit to this store is disappointing, nearly every employee is polite. However, Addison is DREADFUL. She is always super short with me and my family. With her you can count on eye rolling, being short with customers, and one heck of a bad attitude. I won't be returning, and you can thank Addison for that.
