Came in grabbed a couple sandwiches,.store is very clean, staff very nice, your atmosphere is how hot it is in the store, ot was brutal just the few minutes I was there, feel bad for your staff dealing with that. I can imagine how hot it is infront of the ovens. Please respond when this is repaired so I know when to come back.

I'll keep this simple and to the point. My wife got pretty bad food poisoning after ordering their cold cut combo. It was the only thing she ate and within 24 hours she was symptomatic. I can hear her violently wrenching and throwing up, in the bathroom, from the next room. Feels bad, man. Do with that information as you choose.

I can't say enough of what great service and wonderful sandwiches that I received from this Subway on Mt.Vernon Road! I placed a large order for my department's lunch. Ken was super helpfull! Helping me select lunch boxes and platters. He helped me with ways to accommodate a couple dietary restrictions. I asked that the toppings be separate from the sandwiches and he did a beautiful job!! I don't believe that they have delivery, but he delivered it us, right on time!!! Everyone LOVED the food! Thank you to Ken and his crew!!!

Really happy with the service and our three sandwiches. We were a bit upset that another location wasn't open, even though the sign stated we arrived during work hours. Luckily, this Subway's owner 1-manned it, provided perfect service, and again, all our sandwiches were super tasty. This'll be our go-to location from now on.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu is available with cookies. Always a hit.Parking: Bigger parking lot, more options.
