The bread was very dry, I had asked for extra mayo and got very little. So disappointed!

The meat was very cold on my sandwich and I went to the counter and told the lady and guy and they never even said they were sorry or offered to warm it up. Tables had food on them place was very dirty but the employees just stood around behind the counter talking the whole time we were there. Like no one cares about the customers here.. tried too call manger at this store for over an hour an it just say every time,, the person has no mailbox and can not receive calls. What a waste of time and money. WE will NEVER go back to any subway again, to many other good sub places around that really care about people spending there money for exchange for good food and good customer services..

Girl put meat on sandwiches toasted them then worked on call in order while we waited for girl at the register to finish with previous customer then she rang up ours while waiting for the girl making sandwiches to get back to ours. They were cold and hard by then. Finish existing customers before you work on orders for customers that are not there

This will be my last time at any Subway. Shorted 2 inches of sandwich, bread was like it was soaked in water and slimy, chicken was mushy and slimy. Couldn't even eat this. Last time for Subway.

Most disappointing tuna sandwich and even more disappointing employee. I called and she responded “then what was on the sandwich”….”oh I personally made that sandwich and I know I put tuna on there”. After literally digging I found maybe one scoop of tuna in total. I wouldn’t go to this location and I’m definitely never tipping again.

There was a bug on the app, but these guys quickly and helpfully fixed it. They're great!
Bobbie is amazing she always makes my sandwich just the way I like it. Never falls apart. Store is well cleaned. Only store I will go to .

I am here to just grab a door dash & seen many people in the store, & nobody was spoken to or greeted at all! I'm not understanding that every time I came into this store its HORRIBLE customer service ??♀️ Maybe teach the team that conversation with customers will definitely make people want to come back!!!

6:25 was when my order was marked ready, she never made it. So I waited. She refused to help me. So I said something and got attitude. They claimed someone took my order. Then they made the order wrong and tried to not even give me the cookie I paid for. Terrible service. Don’t work in food service if you’re going to behave like a toddler. But you bet she sure helped everyone else who walked in just not me? I’ll stick to going elsewhere or only at lunch here. Aundrea was way better and did a good job at lunch.

Grant was so helpful and so nice! The app wasn’t working and Subway was running a BOGO deal on their footlong. I informed Grant that it wasn’t working and he still honored the deal..
