Megan was completely rude. The area where the vegetables are were nasty. There was mustard all on the outside of the bread. It was not busy at 11:45 but she acted as if she was doing me a favor.
Went to get my drink and there were bugs all around the pop area.

I eat at various Subway locations on a weekly basis so comparing them to others is easy. This location is just above average. Bread was a bit dry, meats were not evenly spaced, vegetables were average.

I have not been to this Subway in years and it was such a pleasant experience. Employee Megan (dont know if I spelled that right) created my online order that morning, it was a breakfast footlong that was exceptional. It was satisfying to see my tomatoes perfectly lined up and seasoned. The store was tidy and well lit. The sandwich station was clean, crisp and vibrant. Megan was kind, very thorough with answering my questions and efficient with serving the customers.

Ordered online with a discount code for my wife and myself. My wife wanted her birthday cookie and the young man couldnāt figure out how to get it. The lady said she could ring it up and then we just scan our app. Worked perfectly. Both employees were very pleasant.
Store was clean and service was excellent.
Nice to see the lady who Iām assuming was the manager. Be willing to get my wife her birthday cookie. She was that excited over her cookie.

Poor customer service order was placed for turkey and instead of giving the customer what he wanted she got an attitude and said no ham only how are you going to force pork onto someone that is filled with parasites and rotting

I ordered and received my sandwich. Then as I was eating I noticed blue plastic in my sandwich. I called the store and spoke to an employee and asked if they used anything blue and told him what I found. He confirmed they used anything blue brushes to clean their knives. He got my name. But didnāt ask for my number. Told me someone would contact me and heād try to get me a free sandwich. That was 5 days ago and have not heard anything.

Got one of the sandwiches that was on the board and they didnāt have a couple of the ingredients for it and the worker said āI know we have it Itās just in a box on the bottomā. If Iām going to pay $13 for a sandwich and you have the ingredients you should probably get it.

As usual, since 1992, when my dad took me to Subway for the first time. He recommended the Cold Cut Combo.
I have had one of these since then every time I have visited Subway. I always get the same thing. As said to the sandwich builder: Footlong Cold Cut on Italian Bread, Provolone Cheese, not toasted, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, black olive, little bit of banana or jalapeno peppers, red wine vinegar, oil and yellow mustard.
Delicious as always if the bread is made fresh and not flakey. Atmosphere is always pleasant with a local radio station and the locals are always friendly.
Always great to enjoy on a cloudy Midwest summer day.

Beyond rude helpā¦. Burnt my sandwich then got rude with me I wasnāt paying for hard bread ⦠I thatās burnt I donāt want that went to get new bread then scrape the meat the was already cooked once with brown edges cuz again the whole sandwich got burnt ! So I said I donāt want that meat u cook it again itās going to be crispy bacon⦠then said itās just a sandwich ⦠yea that Iām paying for idk who would pay from a burnt sandwich⦠u would be mad if u went somewhere and ur food came out burnt ⦠and itās just a sandwich it got burnt like why canāt u remake the whole thing since it all went in the oven already? Like I wasnāt even mad I just wanted what I was paying for redone I donāt think that to much to ask.
This location always has the rudest sandwich makers ā¦. 100% sure I will never go to that location again

So I went to this subway around 6:30, I had an order pickup everything was fine, I went home with my family to eat, opened my sandwich to find it absolutely bare not only mine but my sisters to, we called twice and then decided we would go back, now im not usally the one to complain or make a big deal so I politely went up to the boy who was taking the orders. No name tag but he had orangeish balck hair. We explained to him thag our sandwhich tasted bare and had no bacon, his response was that to him there was 8 strips, So I said that it did not taste like there was, I continued to ask if we could just please have the sandwich remade, while waiting in line me and my sister continued to get dirty looks and mumbules, I was unaware that it was such a big problem to remake a sandwhich, absolutely awfull serviece, thankfully the other boy who was working (Again no name tag) was nice and topped out sandwhich like they should have been topped in the first place. All in all was a simple mistake and just wanted a new sandwhich, but in turn got disrespect and dirty looks.
