Pulled up to the location to see one employee on her phone. The chairs were atop the tables and another employee had what appeared to be a mop in her hand. Walked in and the employees ran into the back. Figured they’d be out to take our orders in a couple minutes. Not long after we walked in, more customers walked in and asked if we had been helped. MINUTES passed and the girls did not come up. One worker made an appearance through the opening to the back, but did not address us at all. After she disappeared and we waited, again, the other customer walked along the counter to peer to the back. I then said “HELLO??” Really loudly. The other customer asked if anyone was working. Again, more time passed and finally one of the girls walked to the front and said - rudely- that “the lobby was closed” .. to which we said, “huh?” And she replied “the lobby is closed. We’re about to mop this all down. We’re having maintenance issues” ???? Very rude. It was as if they were trying to hide in the back until we left verses addresses whatever “issue” that was going on. The OPEN sign was on outside too, mind you. My husband attempted to contact the owner but he wasn’t successful.

I was very impressed with this store yesterday. I was trying to pay with a gift card that apparently doesn't work so both employees tried to help me and then the girl gave me the sandwich and cookie for free. Now that's great service!

I ordered a footlong sub and when DoorDash dropped it off still sealed in the bag, it was a 6 inch sub. The sticker on the sandwich wrapper wasn’t even touched. Extremely frustrated and disappointed at this location. In my personal opinion this location has been a spiraling into a horrible location for subway and leaves a stain on subways reputation. 35 Kirkwood ct subway location should be closed…

Kristin at 35 Kirkwood Blvd Subway is AWESOME! I had a last minute business luncheon to plan and she not only helped me out but went the extra mile with marking and packing everything for easy set up at work for their business luncheon. This is the 2nd time she has been so accommodating and she is always kind and thinking outside the box. Food smelled yummy and was made with fresh ingredients! Thanks for always going the extra mile!

Nice spot to grab lunch or dinner when I’m short on time at my apartment. I always go for my favorite sub: Italian herbs and cheese bread with tuna, mozzarella, spinach, tomatoes, onions, olives, honey mustard, and creamy sriracha sauce. Yum! ?
Totally botched order. Girls working did not pay attention at all. They put BMT meat on the veggie, they put the veggie on the wrong bread and didn't include the cheese. This was for a vegetarian.
The BMT was on the Asiago bread for someone allergic to cheese. The BMT lacked meat since it was on the vegetarian veggie.
Waiting until tomorrow to speak with a GM about a refund and will update the review accordingly. Not wasting my time with the workers there now. I want a refund.
Vegetarian options: They put meat on the veggie sub.
Dietary restrictions: Put the ingredients for the BMT on bread with cheese for someone allergic to cheese.
