Sushi House

Typical Asian restaurant, everyone is busy and polite. The food is fresh from the kitchen, nothing is pre-made and reheated.

I had the Ginger Crispy Beef, my son had General Tso Chicken and my daughter-in-law had the Spicy Salmon Roll and Angry Dragon Roll. All of the meals were enjoyed very much.

i didnt eat here so i cant speak to the food quality, but as a doordasher just trying to do my job, i was spoken to very rudely and ignored. im just trying to do my job just like you girly, no need to fuss about it. i waited patiently and left, and she scoffed in my face for literally no reason. just disheartening honestly. wish the world was kinder.

Always a favorite place to go for my daughter and me. The staff is so friendly, the sushi is delicious and the pricing is amazing too.

I went in but I didn't stay because there was a really long line of people waiting to be sat down.... and I got a chance to peak on the menu I honesty didnt like what I saw mainly because I'm not a seafood eater and I didn't think I would like it. Also I have a 12month+ old and hasn't been exposed to seafood yet. However, I am sure its a great place considering the fact it was full of customer that's why I rated a 5star.

Food was atleast refried once as it was so stringy and tough. Had jerky more tender. Do not know how it has such a high rating unless dishonest reviews. Taste of sauce was good but chicken was terrible in both dishes yet again.

Food is great! Could use some paint and a deep cleaning. Owner is a bit rude most visits but whatever. Update female owner has improved since I last posted. Good job Sushi house.

Great sushi & great service. Atmosphere is lacking & it’s in a strip mall but the quality of the food & the service outshine the atmosphere. Will definitely be back. Picture is of the mushroom roll. I can’t remember the exact name of it but highly recommend giving it a try if you like mushrooms.

I’ve always thought they have the best sushi in Cedar Rapids, but their service is fantastic too! Last night I ordered takeout and accidentally ordered a raw roll that looked great but I couldn’t eat it because I’m pregnant. I was so sad. I gave them a call today and they let me come back and replaced it with a cooked tempura salmon roll and didn’t charge me. It really made my day! Thank you guys!
