“Our order had a couple of mistakes the first time through, but when we went back through the drive-through the staff was polite and quickly fixed everything without any hassle. We did have to park and wait a few minutes for our food, but they brought it out to us with a good attitude. One odd moment was another worker coming out to take back food that had been made wrong, but overall, they handled the situation well.
I appreciate how the team made things right and kept it friendly. Mistakes happen, but good customer service makes all the difference.“
