Asked for two flavors mixed in my freeze, he told me he couldn’t do it, & had an attitude… I’ve never heard such things before at Taco Bell & they do it for my kids every time. Thankfully, I decided to go to the one on first ave & got my drinks for free, as well!

This is the absolute WORST Taco Bell I have ever been to. I have given them so many chances and they continue to mess majority of the order up EVERY SINGLE TIME. Do not waste your money here. Taco Bell NEVER makes it right with the customer either so don’t even bother trying.

Went to Taco Bell Blairsferry Rd Cedar Rapids today. No Nachos Bell Grande, no Dr Pepper, no Mountain Dew, No Pepsi, no Fire Sauce. They couldn’t complete a signal order. &25 to get what I didn’t want. Why bother. Owners should be ashamed.

I would absolutely give 0 stars if I could. Staff is not only rude but they're insulting, deliberately gave us a small cup for my daughters drink even though we ordered a large, in store. And when i asked him if it was a large he just nodded and rolled his eyes even though it was a rhetorical question. If I wanted a small I would have paid the 1 dollar instead of almost 5 for the large. It's my daughters favorite thing, and the main reason we went there in the first place so as dumb as it sounds, it was actually kind of a big deal. Just to be treated so awful by someone for what reason? We won't be going back, and I did call corporate.

Place smells bad and the food was extremely dry. Literally the worst taco bell I have ever had. Took one bite and knew right away. Every single soda available came out as bitter water. What the heck!

The service is usually okay but holy shit this morning.. I get it it's 10:00 in the morning people are grumpy at 10:00 in the morning but imagine for a moment being pissed off because a customer asks to not only spend money but to spend more money "Yes hello it is 10:00 a.m. I would like to give you $10 for food actually you know what I would like to add 1 extra item and give you $15" I mean Taco Bell isn't unique to this problem this problem is all over America at every establishment whether it's food to retail It's just baffling though like when a customer comes back and says I would like to spend more money at your establishment you get mad.. I get it like your hourly based you don't make money off of your sales but if you hate your job and you have no aspirations at your job or interest in climbing the metaphorical ladder of leadership it might be time to find a different job And don't be misled by looking for a job that you enjoy nobody enjoys their job people tolerate their job Like I said though this isn't specifically Taco Bell and I suppose it's just a message for everybody in this country suffering from their oh so difficult first world problems
I got a nachos bell grande last night after work with extra cheese and meat. I got more chips than anything in the container. Why would I pay extra if I’m not going to receive extra?? I’m 9 months pregnant. Please do better!

Like ok....it's taco bell i know what i should be getting myself into but I think it shouldn't be that way. I got this gordita thing. It's over 5 dollars which is on the high end for taco bell prices and like...this thing had less meat that a regular soft shell taco. They didn't even fry or warm up the outside puffy tortilla shell thing either so it just powdery and stiff. At some point you have tk start trying to make food this bad, have some pride in what your doing even if its boring and kinda shitty.

Woman helping us was rude for no reason and provided terrible service. She yelled at my boyfriend stating he was rude for nicely greeting her with a “hello” when he pulled up to the drive thru. She then proceeded to try and rush us out and shoved the food out the window. Problem was she forgot my drink and she gave us more sass when we waited for her to come back. Once I get into my food I realize my crunchwrap was very poorly made with hardly anything inside. All my bites were predominantly tortilla. Never going back to this Taco Bell!
