I used the driver thru... After I ordered n got to the window. Found out that my bank account was hacked in to n couldn't pay for my meal. The staff was very rude with their remarks. I heard it coming from the kitchen.

My husband and I went through the drive thru at about 9:30pm and the gent that took our order and that was at the window is one in a million. He truly made our night, and seems to not only enjoy his job, but life in general. We NEED more people like him in this world.

I don’t know who the guy working the drive through was tonight but I always love his attitude! He has great customer service and clearly enjoys his job. This is my favorite Taco Bell in town. They never disappoint. 🙂

Me and my friends were testing how nice people were on calls when ordering online and one of the ladies who answered was so nice that she read me their whole menu when I asked her what the menu was.

Drive thru window guy is everything that's good in this world. My husband informed me it's the same guy at the window every time he goes through, so clearly he lives there, loves his job, and gives that love and energy to the people of Cedar Rapids. ...we did end up driving off without our cinnabons, laughing the whole way home.

Missing food. And when I went back in to get it they treated me like I was misleading them as I waited to get the food they asked me to stock a sauce in the dinner room and proceeded to hand me packets to be put away.
