This is THE WORST Taco Bell in Cedar Rapids. I ordered online for drive-thru pickup. They shorted our order. I called to let them know & didn't raise my voice, no swearing but the girl who answered the phone didn't like my "tone".(It was an inconvenience. I live 30mins away & wasn't about to spend an extra hr to have them make it right.) she told me I shouldn't have a "tone" & she'd be happy to hang up on me. So she did.You guys eff up & throw attitude MY way (she wanted to know the exact time I went thru drive up. Maybe if they had given me a receipt) but I'm not allowed to be upset you stole my money & a person in my group didn't get their meal.
