I visited Taco Bell on Monday to pick up an order. The drive-thru staff, a red-haired girl, was rude and unprofessional. She left the full bag open, making the food look unappealing. Poor service and food presentation. Disappointing experience.

Person at the window was very attentive! Not the workers fault but the starry drink didn't taste right. Person at the window apologized and gave me a different drink instead.

Out of so many things, had to have two items remade as they included an item someone can't have because of a food sensitivity. Didn't include requested sauces, used paper towels for napkins. Got home to find tons of grill scraping on one item. At that point just threw it away, just like the money I spent there. Won't be neck to this location. Clearly poor management

Don't go there at night. They'll either give you hot pop with no ice and not tell you at the drive thru kiosk, or if you get there at 1030pm they'll always be "waiting for product and it'll be about 10 minutes" and all the employees will be outside in their car.

Hands down this was the worst Taco Bell experience we have ever had. The tostada in the crunchwrap was completely hard and stale. Most of the filling in the crunchwrap was lettuce. I had the nachos it tasted like rat poison this chips were stale beyond belief that heated them up just to keep him crunchy. It was really really gross like the grossest.
Upon that the engineers who built the sign at the drive-thru made it so far from the speaker box It was almost ridiculous. Go to another Taco Bell this place reeks.

Lack of basic items. They did not have any drink carriers, and were out of regular mountain dew, and did not put up a sign to say out of order... most of the drinks in the restaurant soda fountain were out of syrup... very disappointing 😞 😕
Kid-friendliness: Yes, it's a kid friendly restaurant but there is NO indoor play ground.
Wheelchair accessibility: Very easy to maneuver around plenty of space between tables and chairs for wheelchair use.
Awful. I have low expectations in fast food and was still appalled. Staff ignored multiple customers trying to ask questions, rather rudely told a gentleman there was no senior discount, zero smiles zero thank yous,zero service. Every customer I witnessed get their order had to ask for their drinks. The worst.

All I wanted was an ice cold drink..no mango tea they don't have that at this location even though any other time they do ok so how about strawberry freeze. Nope they don't have right now, finally a frozen limeade, nope. All they supposedly had was frozen lemonade and being that frozen lemonade was not even a choice I paid for some nasty mixed up drink they made me because they were being lazy. Won't be going back again and the employees should be careful mixing up drinks like this. What if I had some allergy to something in the drink . Just disgusting behavior
