I hate to be a negative Nancy about something so small. And while I greatly appreciate the staff getting my order out the pickup window SO FAST, I would also appreciate that my food gets cooked thoroughly.
Purchased a quesadilla and 2 cheesy roll-ups, and the shredded cheese in both were lukewarm at best.
Again, not a huge deal and the urgency was nice. Please cook a tad longer next time.

I just came from here. First of all I ordered a freeze of course the machine was not working so I was fine with taking the large drink instead. Then when I got my food they didnāt have sour cream & I was charged for that I was fine with taking an extra item. But now I come home to unwrap my āBEEFY 5 layer burritoā & this is what I got ( I added my own sour cream at home ) there is NO meat, no cheese sauce, just tortilla & shredded cheese. This place needs A LOT of help.

Drove thru while visiting my daughter, I have NEVER had the most rudest drive thru window service. The Red hair little girl should be fired immediately! I asked a simple question, when I had ordered a hot beverage and she was trying to hand me a cold lemonade. How does a Hot coffee translate to a cold lemonade?

She was like what do u want didnāt ask me how I was doing then I added a drink and she was like so you are not done ordering with attitude. She needs to be fired and learn customer service skills again.
