Prolly the best place u will find in IOWA for authentic Indian cuisine and grocery. It's not common to find such places in low populated states like IOWA. The buffet is now closed and the menu is very overpriced..Like 16 dollars for a chicken plate that only comes with rice... when the buffet alone was a good bit less than that.There's an Indian buffet in Iowa City that I'd HIGHLY recommend. It's called India Cafe.The buffet here would have been 5 stars. Without it I'd give it a 2.

Genuinely the best Indian food I’ve ever had. Got the Chicken Biryani and can’t endorse it enough, best I’ve ever had. Could not believe what I was tasting in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Thanks to everyone @ Taj Mahal, incredible store, people and service!
