had the Pumpkin Red velvet drink at the Asian festival today and I loved it!! Will definitely be coming to this place. Perfect sweetness and aesthetics!!

I bought it for 2 of my kids at newbo during Asian fest. We ordered 2 mango Flavour taste of both not same. And none of them was cold rather both were normal temperature. 2 costed ~$16. Not worth at all. We trashed both after trying couple of sips

I saw the stand at the market after dark event in downtown Cedar Rapids and the biscoff cookie boba tea caught my attention. They worked through the line and orders pretty fast considering how busy the event was. There are so many stands to choose from, and this was the perfect choice for me. I loved the cookie butter flavor and especially the bobas. The cup was nice and sturdy and the lid stayed on securely. I’m glad there was a stand at this event otherwise I wouldn’t have known about the business. I’ll definitely be making a visit back to the store after this!

The boba tea here is wonderful! Well priced too compared to other options for boba in the area. Friendly staff!!
Sometimes get a little different makeup of the drinks depending on who is making them that day.

I’ve been to the restaurant before and I really enjoyed it. Decided to come back another time, however this time there was no one at the counter, and when someone finally arrived, they disappeared and told us someone else would be with us. The guy finally come and said in a snarky attitude that the store was actually closed. But for context, it was still seven minutes before the store was set to close. The workers packed up early for convenience and instead of apologizing, they refused to go unpack the items and turned us away. It would’ve been nice to have someone come to us respectfully and let us know the shop was set to close early, or at least posted somewhere rather than keeping the open sign lit with the shop name at the entrance

I got the brown sugar bubble tea and it tasted very good! Not watered down, very well balanced. The boba on the other hand was a little under cooked. It was hard to chew on, and lacked flavor because it was under cooked. Overall I will definitely go back and hope to see it improve.

Came for boba and was promptly greeted! Boba was cooked well, tea was perfect and made with my requested accommodations. Pricing was totally fair and on par with every boba place I’ve ever been to! May actually be cheaper because they don’t charge for the boba!

I read through negative reviews before coming but since the owner is active and responsive to all comments, have denoted mitigations to expressed customer concerns - I thought I’d give them a try. It’s great!

Went here to try out the tea, and dumplings. The second after our drink order was placed the guy working behind the counter disappeared. The whole front of the store was empty of staff for 5-10 minutes. A new girl returned to make tea order. Took about 20 minutes to get both teas- very frustrating considering it was fairly empty and the worker disappeared. We got our naan wrap before our teas were done. Waited on dumplings for 40 minutes. Tried to ask worker about them, workers seemed unwanting to attend to me. Dumplings came out 2 minutes after I asked about them. Overall, terrible experience. The service was extremely slow, because people seemed unwilling to do their jobs. Workers also seemed confused. The chicken on the wrap was extremely dry and cold, inedible. Never received my sauce for my dumplings after waiting forever. Will never come again, and don’t recommend to anyone. Food was pricey, and not good quality. This was also some of the worst service I have every experienced. The whole time I was there, there were people waiting 30 plus minutes for their job interview with the manager. Also called back the store many times, and was never able to get anyone to answer. Extremely unprofessional and poorly run.

Overall it was a nice experience! My family and I got some boba tea, the tea itself was very good, and the popping bobas were also very good, but the tapioca boba was not good, I don’t know if it’s not coated in brown sugar, but it doesn’t have flavor, if the topioca was better, I would rate it much higher. Also the drinks took longer to make than I expected.

Went to tea bubbz today and i would not recommend!! Sooo expensive but the tapioca boba has no flavor? I am frequent enjoyed of tapioca boba and there is always a brown sugar coating on the tapioca boba to make it sweet, but not with either of the drinks we got. The tea was very good, but the boba was not.
