Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Cedar Rapids

“Earlier today I was going shopping with my family and i stopped in tropical smoothie, it was very very busy however the store was very well kept and organized in order to benefit workers when it’s so busy! There was EXCELLENT service from a worker named Amy (beautiful and gorgeous smile) she was very attentive to customers, organized and professional. Definitely will be returning to this location and reordering the Bahama Mama! (recommended by Amy since i was overwhelmed by the wide variety of options at on the menu) I was ultimately very happy with my experience!“

“I had ordered the Bahama Mama on the mobile app to go, figuring I would split it with my daughter before dropping her off at work. To our surprise it was completely frozen lol I called to inquire as to why it was frozen, and was told that because it's a sorbet it needs to be kept Frozen. The amazing manager offered to give me another one at no charge since I'd given my daughter the whole bowl (because we couldn't split it), and, she even thawed it out some for me :-) I absolutely highly recommend this place not only for their service but the bowl was phenomenal!!“
