First time visiting. Decided to try Avocolada smoothie 24oz. I rather have veggies then Fruit. This smoothie was GREAT. With the offer from T-Mobile Tuesday, I will now make this a go-to refreshing treat for myself.Try Tropical Smoothie Cafe, you to may find your new favorite treat place.

I’ve never had a bad experience from this place. We have been regular customers and today is the first time I have had a bad experience with customer service. First off I was charged for a water and got brought a cup of water because supposedly there was no more bottled water. When I told the girl I payed for a water then she got me a bottled water but wasn’t nice at all about it. You could tell she didn’t want to serve us. Her attitude was beyond rude and disrespectful like she was in a rush. I speak from experience because I run a Mexican restaurant I have employees too and if my employees were to treat my customers like that they would’ve been gone a long time ago. Our food was cold and the chicken wasn’t even warm on any meals. This was the worst experience I’ve had with this place and I will never come back here. I like to support local businesses but not if they are going to treat customers with horrible demeanor. I can give you what the girl looks like if I need to go there.
I've been here a few times now. I'm actually surprised I don't eat here more. I think the main reason I don't is because the menu is fairly limited. What they do have is pretty good though and on the healthy side. They also have a rewards program which is always a bonus. I got a wrap this time instead of a smoothie and it was very good. It's my new favorite here ☺️.

I enjoy this place I get that kiwi quencher. It's filling it satisfying, quick and easy, but make sure that you sign up for their rewards because they are very generous with their rewards.
The smoothies and the staff are amazing!!!! Highly recommend!

Stopped in for the first time with a friend on his recommendation. Smoothie was good, wrap was decent, but the cafe itself was filthy. Every single table was dirty, neither napkin dispenser had any napkins in it, and not once did I see any of the three girls working behind the counter clean out a blender before using it again. Safe to say I won't be back for a second time.
