AMAZING CRISPY EDGES PANCAKES!!! It covered the entire plate. I usually don't get too excited about having pancakes. I am a French Toast person, but their pancakes are like no one else's. A true gem.
Great food! Great atmosphere with live music. We did the Czech route but their burgers and tenderloins looked just as amazing! The Cajun Rueben got a five star rating from the reuben snobs in the family. The beignets with apple butter would alone would bring us back into town. The wait staff was friendly and even brought us samples of a dish we were considering. Park in the back...

One of the better sandwiches I've had in a long time. The ingredients were all fresh. It took time to make a sandwich but they cut your meat and everything fresh on the spot. Great food!
