I ordered 12 Buffalo wings today and these were the saltiest wings I have ever had. I called and gave a heads up to the staff and was told that no one has ever complained about them. I find that hard to believe. Won't be ordering them again.

1st time. Went in sat down for 10 min. Nobody helped us. We left had other food and found out you don't sit down to order, you stand in line then pay then you get served. To bad there was no information on that. To the Walnurger brothers I am sorry but 1st impression of this location sucks. Was hoping to try your food to.

First off, it is a burger stand in a grocery store. Kinda weird set up. You order at a counter out in the main part of the store, then you go sit in the restaurant area and they bring your food out to you. Don't know why they can't take the extra step and let you sit and order at the table, but whatever. Service was reasonably quick and we didn't have to wait too long for our food. I had the Our Burger combo with onion rings. The burger was fine. It was cooked medium as ordered, but is just knida a generic burger. Noting really special here. The onion rings, on the other hand, were fantastic. they are thinly sliced red onions lightly breaded in a nicely seasoned breading and fried up crispy. B- for the burger A+ for the onion rings. The soda fountain was annoying. They have huge fountain, with like six varieties of mountain dew, but no Diet Dr Pepper.

Dinner is a complete different story.... Ordered two of the burger specials. One with fries and well done, one medium with tater tots.. Lets just say just say they couldn't get it right.
Servers were nice and apologized, but a correct meal would have been nicer.

Should have read the reviews first. Burger was bland, and burnt on the outside, and red throughout. I eat steak rare to med rare, but not ground beef from an unknown source. Ordered medium, got rare. Bun was soggy in less than 5 minutes to get it home (probably because they seal the bag closed). Waste of $25, neither of us even finished our burgers. Tator tots and fries were fine.

I always get the $10 Wahlurger deal ... The burger with everything on it and french fries and drink and at 10$ it's a bargain... In my opinion it's the best burger and fries you can get... Absolutely delicious... High quality all the way... Do yourself a favor and go there and give it a try... The onion rings are very good too !!

Walked in and the tables were dirty. Ordered breakfast at the Bar. Took 30 min for one of two meals to be served. 45 min later bartender stated the second breakfast was burned….. WILL NOT be going back

The burger was fantastic! Glassware was dirty (lipstick), and it was pretty strange that our server was too young to pour our drinks. We almost left because no one waited on us for 10 minutes… at the bar. Not trying to be negative here, just describing the actual experience. Loved the burger, though!

I love the food, gluten free buns, dedicated fryer etc. But holy cow, its been over 35 minutes since we ordered our food and its still not here. There are literally only 5 other tables with people but this is a joke. Bartender is great though. If Hy vee can’t figure this out then Wahlburgers needs to pull their contract.

Pro tip ; skip the bizarre stand up ordering process at the counter out front of the restaurant inside the grocery store, and just go straight to the bar area, where you’ll have normal ordering from a menu provided you purchase some drinks from the full liquor, wine, and beer bar. Lots of drink specials including bogo. Hopefully you get Alex, as she is marvelous ⭐️. I really don’t get too excited about restaurant burgers, but I’m hooked on Wahlburgers. And the thin onion rings (like tinglers) are amazing. I also highly recommend the jalapeño bacon wantons. They’re very mild on the heat scale, but have a crazy good sweetness going on with the candied bacon on top.

Ordered a Crispy chicken blt salad, which was missing half the toppings it was supposed to come with. As well the tiny little chicken strip that came with it was far from crispy and all the soggy breading was in the bottom of the bowl. We also ordered "The our burger" and asked for no cheese and no sauce and it came covered in the sauce... called to talk to them about the issue and basically they said "oops sorry".... I could have had better service at McDonald's
