OH MY GOD I can’t even explain how good this place is auntie deserves whatever she wants cooking food like this I’m here 3 times a week I’m driving an hour everytime words can’t explain this all I can say is wow

All I can say is 10/10 everything was so good I love them so much. They’re sweet people. Food is good made well. Everything tastes good me and my friends drive an hour every week to come get their food. Y’all should come down and try it great 10 out of 10.

Wawa Caribbean Restaurant is one of those places you don’t just eat at—you experience it. The food is always on point, but the red snapper truly stands out. It’s perfectly seasoned and paired with beans and rice that soak up all that rich Caribbean flavor. Every bite hits just right.

My brother’s favorite is the oxtail stew, and for good reason. It’s tender, flavorful, and comes spicy just the way I request it. And when I say spicy, I mean spicy. Add to that the fact that it’s served piping hot, and it’s almost impossible to eat fast—you have to slow down and respect the heat and the flavor.

One of the best parts of Wawa is the people. The cook is hands-on, and you actually get to meet the owners, which makes the place feel welcoming and authentic. It’s clear they take pride in what they serve.

Wawa Caribbean Restaurant is never empty—there’s always a steady flow of people coming in to eat, which tells you everything you need to know. Great food, real heat, genuine hospitality, and a loyal crowd. That’s Wawa. 🌶️🔥🍽️

Great Haitian Restaurant in the Midwest. Tasty food plus portion that's worth the money. Everything is made fresh so be patient because every bite is worth it! Wowa!

PLEASE STOP BY AND EAT HERE, AND SHOW LOVE BECAUSE ITS NOT THE EASIEST MAKING EVERYTHING BY HAND, IT'S VERY TIME CONSUMING AND PURE LOVE POURING INTO YOUR PLATES YOU RECEIVE. THE ONLY THINGS I HATE I FORGOT TO ORDER WERE PRESCIOUS JAMAICAN PATTIES 😒 I WAS IN PAIN THEN..... AND FORGOT ALL ABOUT IT. To those of you that have been wanting to come here or may be concerned about parking, it's plenty of parking spaces available, more restaurants and stores nearby, also this restaurant has highchairs available, wheelchair ramp I have not gotten the chance to see if one available, but I do believe it is available as well. I hope this helps someone .

I've only been once, and only had the jerk chicken meal, but it was absolutely delicious with very generous portions for the price. Came in hungry, left fat and happy. Side note, most restaurants around here are too scared to put the proper amount of chili peppers in a recipe.. This place isn't, so you might want to order an extra drink.
