The drive thru took FOREVER. The cashier acted like she was put out when giving me my change and then literally passed the bag out the windows while she was turned and joking around with a team member.

I used the app to place my order. One of the items I paid for was not available. I was told I could get a comp card...also unavailable. After 20 minutes of my food getting cold, an employee promised the regional manager would call me about a refund since she couldn't tell me how to do it in the app. I called the next day to follow up. The RM had been there but didn't call. Luckily the app has a customer service number that did help and they gave me a refund. Unfortunately the RM did not follow up herself or have one of her team do it.

Stopped here to get carry out after a long day of work. I kindly asked for my food to be fresh, and the lady Kia made sure it happened. She was very professional and polite. This really made my day and means a lot to me. Food was excellent and will be stopping by this place the next time I'm in the area.

Been here four times now and place is terrible. Always around 9, Always cold food with no one in line. Dead end job with careless workers. Will never return.

We just went through the drive-thru and waited fifteen minutes for our food when there was nobody else at the restaurant. They didn’t give us straws for the wait, which is whatever…but when the food came out, the buns on my husband’s burger were still halfway frozen. He bites into it and there is a hair in it. This Wendy’s ALWAYS struggles and is nasty I guess.

Super rude employee. Asked for a number 3 meal at 9:00pm and she sighed right into the microphone. Went up the drive through window she rolled her eyes again. Ordered a hot coffee and was given a stale cold one. We walked in politely asked if they can make us a hot one and they said no. We asked if they can microwave the cold one they did and slammed it on the counter after they’re done. If you are having a bad day don’t put it on the customer. Very disappointed

When you set an expectation you should live up to it. Change the hrs to 7am cause thats when you open. Def not 6:30 and to say its the managers fault is obsurd!!

I went at night and i noticed they are the best Wendy's in cr i told the guy at the window he said because they want to be here and they enjoy thier work

This is not FAST food at all. Slowest drive through in town. The 4 stars for food was for the fries and the Krabby Patty burger my grandson ADORED. Had to come back twice to get the burger though as they were out of lettuce, sauce and a couple other things the first couple times. May or may not be back.
