I want here to get my favorite thing baconator fries with extra bacon. The employee not only did not put extra bacon on the fries they put it in a separate container but they were rude about it. Telling me that there's already enough bacon, who are they to judge how I want my food. The fries were old cold and soggy and the bacon was burnt. I never have these issues I usually get these fries a couple times a week in my area I won't come back to this location again they are extremely rude.

I went through the drive thru. Got my food and when I arrived to work and sat down to eat I noticed my food was wrong. I called and spoke to the general manager APRIL and she was very rude, cussed at me and all! Banned me off property because her employees made my food wrong and not once was I rude at all. I will never come here again! Can’t believe you have someone that nasty representing the Wendy’s brand.

We went thru the drive thru at 4pm. We ordered 2 $5 bags. No straws for drinks, no spoons for our frostys, no condiments we asked for, did not get sauce for nuggets, and the food took 15 minutes to be brought out to our vehicle. When I told the employee he stated, "Awe , my bad" and walked away.

It's just Wendy's now. It's not Dave's Wendy's! The bread sticks, I miss them. The original Spicy Nuggets, I miss them. The old style chili, I miss it. The baked potatoes weren't bad at all. We all miss Dave!
The people were nice, however, I got a salad and it was greasy?. The grilled chicken was mushy, and I couldn't eat it. The burgers were not cooked, even though we told them, "Well done." Nasty food!!

Placed order, paid, was asked to pull into parking spot then proceeded to watch 4 other cars that were behind me get they're food. I didn't have a big order. Baconator single an a $5 jr. Cheeseburger bag. After waiting about 8 minutes a employee came out to her vehicle an she said "you ain't get your food yet?" Now this employee was helpful an went back on to see why I hadn't gotten my order yet. So I wait another 8-10 minutes finally get food. I'm running late so I just drive off. I get to where I'm going about 4 minutes away an my fries are cold an I don't have nuggets or sauce! Absolutely ridiculous! Do better ya'll! Maybe stop having people pull to the side an they'll actually get their food!?

Had the worst experience at this Wendy’s on 33 rd street on around 9pm 2/26/23. Took over 5 minutes to have someone take my order at the counter, and when they did the guy who helped me had hickies all over his neck. The cooks and line workers were yelling and screaming at each other and constantly swearing that the whole seating area could hear them. Fries were cold, and burger was not what I’m ordered. Worst Wendy’s establishment I have been to. Never again. I would give it no stars if I could.

Ordered the sausage, egg,cheese muffin and the sausage, egg,cheese croissant. Took 11 minutes to get food and what a disappointment! Muffin was very dry and they forgot the sausage! The croissant had so much cheese that it oozed everywhere and sandwich would not stay together. Never again will I get my breakfast sandwichs from Wendy's.
