I do not understand how orders can be so wrong every time we come. The frosty flavors available to order in the app are never available. The service is awful! Even when they mess something up, they are ridiculously rude. Worst Wendy's, hands down.

Ordered a standard off the Menu #1 few things from the (value Menu) Order Price Over 27 dollars.... Once got up to the window (An Paid!!) Asked to pull up and wait for food. (is this fast food?) After Leaving I called to ask if this was normal, A Gentleman answered, In Slang terms, He was the Manager and General Manager, I needed to deal with it... This was his store and this is how it is....

There is a younger girl in there that will treat you differently if you are a white person let me preface this with this was not my first awful experience with her but will hopefully be the last, today (January 31st 2025) at around 4:15 pm I stopped in on my lunch break to go through the drive through, she sees me pull up to the menu (probably recognized me from out previous interaction) and I was then basically forced to go into the lobby due to not being served at the drive through. When I get to the counter I'm faced with a staunch attitude from this girl and no greeting I then awkwardly told her my order and was met with silence than my total, I payed for my food and left upon looking at my food I realized they served me chicken that had to be multiple hours old, now to elaborate on her blatant arrogance and racism, not only has this type of thing happened to me but another one of my white co workers and we have both seen her treat patrons that are African Americans with dignity and respect while we get nothing but a snarky attitude and ignorance, this young woman is not fit for the service industry and should be terminated from her position immediately. As for the other workers they have always been lovely to me and my heart goes out to them because dealing with her must be a living nightmare as her attitude is awful and she's glued to her phone. Hopefully Wendy's gets this and fixes this problem as I like their food and it's the closest fast food to my job.

I eat at Wendy’s frequently and this is the worst location in Cedar Rapids by far. Today I ordered a 10 piece nugget combo meal. Asked for Coke to drink, they said they were out of regular Coke but had cherry coke if I wanted that so I said sure. When I got my food I just ended up throwing everything but the fries away. The nuggets were Cold and a little soggy and I don’t mean they weren’t fresh and hot I mean they were COLD cold. The “Cherry Coke” they gave me wasn’t Cherry coke at all. I think it was diet with cherry syrup added in, because they have the fountain machine that lets you add flavors to already flavored soda. All i can do is shake my head and not go back to this location again.

I used to come to this restaurant at least once a week now I only come here when it’s a last resort and they are always out of products. Once they were out of fries. Next they were out of bbq sauce this time out is bbq and ranch, before there beverage machine was always broken For a franchise as big as Wendy’s is it seems odd to be out of supplies this often

Always out of bacon food was absolutely drenched in sauce some how the pickles were soggy the bread tasted moldy and they were out of regular nuggets and out of syrup for all the sodas

I was driving by Wendy's on 42nd street. The sign outside was advertising the NEW salted carmel frosty, and it grab my attention. So I rushed to my Wendy's app and and placed my. Then got in the drive thru and got to the monitor. The super nice worker politely said we don't have salted carmel frosty's. There's were the issues starts. I paid on line so there was had to have a normal frosty instead. Very delicious but not satisfying my urge for salted carmel frosty. Sad in Cedar Rapids

Ordered 2 jbcs(only ketchup) and crispy chicken combo (no tomato), entire order was wrong. And no receipt was given.Fries were cold and sandwiches had everything on them. Called back and talked to the lady who took order, said she was guna leave a message for manager. I never heard back. Went today to get a refund today, was given nothing but attitude from manager and gm. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK. SERIOUSLY RIDICULOUS!

Pulled up to the Wendy’s as I’d placed a mobile order. Sat in the drive through for 15 minutes before every car in front of me drove off after no response. Had to drive up to the window to get my order checked in to be told they aren’t accepting orders. By this point is was 11:30pm and there was no reason not take orders at 11:15 when I got there. They did check my order in and had my pushed down the drive through and here I am, waiting again, its been 10 minutes already and hopefully I’ll get it soon.
