The bacon was hard like a cinder block. For a moment I thought I was eating rocks. The meat was cooked well. Fries were ok. Little cold. Spent 30 min in the drive through 10 of it was at the window. Why I am not sure. They forgot my card then forgot my drinks. Then put my burger in the kids meal while I took two bites of the kids meal burger before realizing. So my son got 3/4ths a burger because he doesn't eat lettuce tomatoes or pickles. Very disappointed. At least the hamburger itself didn't disappoint. They seemed to be having fun though.

Twice in the past week I have tried to get drive through (mobile order), but it seems like nobody is working. Its frustrating to sit in line only to find out there's nobody there to take orders. When you pull around and look in the window it's a ghost town. I know people are working though because you see them going out to their car and go back inside. If you're not going to take orders, close down and go home! Won't be going back to this location any time soon.

Terrible service. I made a mobile order and the app said they closed at midnight but I checked the Google location to make sure it was the right time and it said 9 PM, so I made sure to arrive well beforehand. I stayed from 7:45 PM to 8:15 PM before being rudely told by the staff that was throwing trash away that they were closed at 7:30 PM. If that’s the case, they should update their hours on the app and the Google page.

How as a wendys, known for your baconator, do you run out of meat? A wendys only having chicken isn't a wendys I don't see how a store can mess up THAT badly and now update you have officially lost my business permanently what an absolute joke of a store. First you can't get an order correct and now it takes over 10 minutes even to ORDER your food then another 10 minutes to get your food. 20 minutes doesn't sound like fast food

Jay was the employee that served us today. He was pleasant and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. Food was fresh and delicious and the facility was clean. It’s always nice to have a smiling face when you walk in!

My food was cold. Baconader fries were so salty i couldn'teven eat it. Called and let the person who answered the phone know the issue. All he said is he'd talk to the person doing the fries. My dinner companion shared their meal with me otherwise i would of had nothing to eat unless i had peanut butter and jelly. Costly meal gross

Waited over 30 min in drive thru watched 4+ people go inside n come back out with food also they parked us n the lady in front of us forgot her drinks she waited for the guy to come back out for 10 min before she went inside n got them herself and they still made my order wrong went inside n got greeted with rudest manger watched the guy make my burger slow as hell ridiculous McDonald's would've done better you literally had 5 cars that's not even a lot
Workers and managers are rude I saw them scolding a older couple very rude and unprofessional need new managers because they were arguing with everyone. They don’t open the store on time.

Staff looked entirely overwhelmed and there didn't seem to be that many customers. It took 35 minutes to get food in the drive thru. The order came, was mostly correct and tasted good
