Illegal business operations. After 3 incorrect sandwich preps, Refused another remake, Forced me to leave without a sandwich, AND refused to refund my money. AND called law enforcement on me for not leaving until I got the sandwich I paid for or my money back.
They took my money, and I received nothing for the money I paid. This was not a donation. It is a Legal matter. Wendy's
The first window takes cards only one day then can’t even take cash the next. The lady today walked away from the window with my money, comes back and hands it to me and says “2nd window”. The man at the 2nd window with the fancy watch only speaks when he’s collecting payment. No “here’s your X, Y or Z thing” or “hi” or “have a good day”. 😬
ordered 2 burgers & large fry tonight Over $16 for our food and fries are half full. I took a pic to share. Even looked at the bottom of the bag to see if they spilled. Burgers were great.
