Ordered 2 chicken strip meals. Chicken strips were perfect. Hot and delicious.
Fries were inedible. Cold and tasted funny. Literally could not eat them. Sodas had no ice, were actually warm, and were completely flat. Only portion of the meals that were edible was the chicken. Very unfortunate.

I convinced my husband to get Wendy's even though he was against it. I convinced him simply because I was craving Chili Cheese Fries. I ordered his THIRTEEN dollar cheeseburger meal, and was informed they didn't have any Chili (weird). Got my husband his meal didn't get what I was after. His fries were soggy and he had a hair on his burger... I feel like this entire situation was a Seinfeld episode. It is a No for me. Play on playa.

This was the worst experience that I've ever had in a Drive-Thru. I literally sat at the drive-thru at the speaker box for literally 15 minutes after 15 minutes I decided to leave the workers inside were very rude and kept coming on the speaker saying oh we're busy when in fact they weren't busy. Somebody needs to tighten the ship up over there. Just horrible customer service.

This place should not be in business any longer. They have always had the absolute worst service…So much so that we decided not to visit this location anymore. We did visit once a few months ago & it seemed that things had gotten a bit better. So today we decided to try it again. We sat for over 5 minutes while the car in front us ordered. When we pulled up to order, there was no greeting so I politely said hello. The woman proceeded to tell me that they weren’t taking orders today because there was a line. Are you kidding me?!?! We left & went to a different Wendy’s across town, who took our order & served us quickly, efficiently, & kindly. And guess what…When we passed back by this particular Wendy’s, they were serving cars in the drive through…Looks like they were taking orders after all!

I have worked in fast food & customer service for many years. I know the proper protocols, and sadly, this isn’t it. If this Wendy’s continues to employ incompetent workers who can’t handle greeting customers, taking orders, & handing food out of a window, they will be closed before they know it. Sadly, our family will no longer be customers of the Collins Road Wendy’s. Do better!

Either the bun is not warmed up and today the meat is not cooked all the way thru😭 I never want to see undone meat when I take a bite out of my sandwich 💔 Wendys quality has really fallen off over the years and I grew up loving Wendys smh if

Dear Corporate,
This is unacceptable and I am deeply disappointed in my meal today. I don’t have time to go back and get the sandwich made correctly, but I won’t be visiting this location again.

Do not recommend this place to anyone unless you want to have food poisoning they are very filthy and nasty business , they serve food that has been sitting for hours there workers are ghetto an handle everything with no gloves and it smells like marijuana very very bad inside don’t know why or how they can run a business like that. Managers, gm don’t do nothing about it at all but pretty much be smart and laugh at you. SAD keep working at Wendy’s maybe it’ll benefit you one day.
