Made a group order with my coworkers for delivery. We ordered the 75PC group pack and were shorted 15 wings and a set of fries. That's shady business we will never be ordering from this establishment again. Very over priced for the quality of food that we received as well. Nothing was labeled in our order either so we had no idea what we got when it was delivered.

EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED!! Used to love getting wings from this location before the new workers took over. They are rude, lazy, and easily agitated. I went in with an online order to pick up and waited 20 minutes when other people in line were helped before me! When I was finally helped the lady just came to the cash register and stared at me until I showed her the online order I had to pick up. When I mentioned that my order included a drink she rolled her eyes and stuck a cup out at me. Didn’t say a word for the entire interaction. Not to mention, there was a worker in the kitchen drinking a blue moon beer while working! Seriously! And to top it all off the food was soggy, cold, and they forgot to include my fries. This will be the LAST time I purchase wings from the location until they hire a new crew. I am disgusted.

I used to love getting wings every week for football season. There must have been a change in ownership or something because the service has consistently gotten worse. Now for todays purchase I showed up several minutes after the suggested time frame and had to wait another 15. The store was not busy. There was no ice in the self service pop machine and there were no drink carriers available when asking staff. When I set the bag of my food down on the table it stuck to it like it had not been cleaned in a period of time.
It seems I will have to get my wings in the future from another store until this changes.

They packaged the dry rub and saucy wings together in the same pack so they obviously mixed together. Wings were undercooked and soggy, even the dry rub. Order here if you want to be disappointed

I order 10 mango avanero and 5 atomic, for the atomic they didn’t even spread the sauce on the wings evenly they just threw a scoop of sauce on the wings they tasted bad.

I used to love going to this wingstop. Last year, the service was great, the food was always good, I had no problems. But recently, the service has been pissing me off lowkey. Me and my friends came in for a late night meal, but the employees told us to order online when there was a register right in front of them. Also, when we got our food, the wings weren’t even tossed. I got a chicken sandwich and the sauce was just put on, and no pickles (I wanted pickles). Whenever I come in, it’s the same 3 people working so I wonder if they’re overworked or just don’t care. But if you advertise being open until midnight, act like it. This place needs new management because the food has potential to have better service.

There was a hair in my fries!! Since they got new people the food has been bad! They don’t use gloves to serve the food which is very nasty no hair nets one guy scratched his head and starting serving, very nasty!
