Server had an attitude towards me & my family but treated another customer with respect and a smile, denied us the right to eat in the restaurant because we ordered a family meal deal even though the place was empty. I would give 0 stars if i could!

Vegetarian options: Had the veggies pizza and was awesome, don't change a thing about it

Love this place , my boyfriend knows how much I love meatballs and started taking me to this place when I come to spend a couple of weeks with him every month.
My favorite place for Italian and they have the best meatballs !!!!
We also at one time had their calazone. Which was also fantastic. !!!
Will continue to go back !!!

I came in for dinner and enjoyed the friendly atmosphere. You can tell the employees love their jobs when they are having fun cleaning the bathrooms. The owner (?) kept me laughing while I waited ony food.

I’m very upset with Zio Johnos …I will ever go back. Me and my family went to have dinner and they wouldn’t let us order a family meal because we wanted to eat there.What they are really saying is we don’t want families eating at our restaurant or you have to spend $80. We could have gotten the meal for $30 and they wouldn’t let us. I am so upset…. I cannot believe I can’t get a family meal to dine in…. Please thank about your decision to not let families dine in and order family meals.

So my roommate today went into this place on her lunch break to get us both some cheesy bread and a gondola for myself. Before she went to the counter to order she decided to use the restroom. Apparently that is a big no no at this restaurant. After being in there for a minute a man entered and asked if anyone was in there. Was probably gonna clean it but my roommate says probably not cuz it was very dirty and she said it looked like they hadn't cleaned it in a long time. She said she was going to the bathroom and would be out in a minute. Another minute goes by and he came back in saying "are you still in here?" She said yes and he said "this is not a public restroom , this is for customers only" she said he muttered some other unintelligible nonsense before slamming the door. Needless to say I did not have a gondola for lunch like I thought nor did she have any cheese bread. I would say to the owner that you being that way towards your customers is a quick way to get rid of them . And honestly the food is not good enough to have to be treated that way . So I won't be going back and I'll do my best to make sure none of my friends or family do either.
