We get the food truck in vinton and let me tell you, That is the best Mexican food. We have gotten their food 4 times now and I have never been disappointed.
Dinner for three and everything was on point. Good flavor, exactly as ordered, including my dish being extra spicy and I’m still feeling the slow burn!!
Full-fledged flavor frenzy, that's the first time I've ever had a fajita chimi, and it won't be long before I order another! Absolutely delightful! And those refried beans are next-level delicious. I didn't think I'd ever say that in my lifetime - refried beans are usually the last thing I eat on my plate, but I'll be asking for an extra helping with my next order. All around a fantastic and flavorful meal, great job!!

Specific standout items include the steak fajita, street tacos described as the best ever, Pollo Con Arroz with corn shells, chicken fajitas, and the fantastic steak quesadilla. The fajita chimichanga is absolutely delightful, and the Big Boy Burrito is so large it makes two meals. Sides like the beans and rice are tasty, flavorful, and next-level delicious, with refried beans being a particular highlight. Chips are served warm with cold salsa, though the salsa portion can be small.
Drinks include the perfect raspberry margarita and a spicy margarita with a nice mild flavor. The overall experience is fantastic, making people repeat customers and planning return visits to explore more of the menu. It is a place confident customers won't be disappointed.
