I love going to Red Nutrition! Everything I get from there is always so delicious and so worth it! Not to mention Bridgette is just the best and so nice. It’s always nice to chat before enjoying a delicious tea!

I absolutely LOVE Red Nutrition! I might be slightly obsessed actually, I stop in almost daily to get my tea fix! The protein balls are my favorite healthy snack because they literally taste like you’re eating a sweet treat! If you’re looking for a recommendation on what tea to try, I LOVE the Bad and Bougie Tea. It’s slightly sweet, kinda tart and most importantly it’s pretty to look at!
