“We got drive thru this past summer. The husband ordered bacon on his burger. There was no bacon and took the sandwich back. He showed the kid at the counter, the kid looked and looked and then said there's the bacon. It was a round slice so thin that it looked like the ketchup smear on the bun. The kid said that's our bacon and refused to give a refund. We left the sandwich and the rest of our food at the counter.
I dont care if it's a franchse, when pics on the DQ website clearly show regular slices of bacon, you expect bacon.“

“I ordered online on the McD app for drive-thru. I used a 25% off deal through the app for mobile. We decided to eat inside. Customer service was excellent! The young man figured out what needed to be done. it was obvious to me (I have extensive customer service experience) that he was a problem solver. I was quite impressed. He exceeded my expectations. I wish I'd gotten his name. This was on a Friday morning around 10:15 am. He had dark hair and black-framed glasses. (That may be his regular shift.) We had breakfast items and they were standard McD's items. My friend's grandson loved it.“
