“They know how to treat customers! We were there recently near closing time and were still eating well after closing. We never felt like we were being rushed to leave as you would in many places. Someone was sweeping up, but he made sure he wasn't near our table. A pet peeve of mine is staff sweeping next to our table while we are eating. Our server took very good care of us with a smile on his face. The food was very good and the portions were large.“

“I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!“

“We had a huge group after a basketball game & the staff was absolutely incredible! The young man that was at the counter was so professional and acted so kind to each child and adult. We got there 30 minutes before they closed the dining area. (No other fast food restaurant is open in our area at that time to accommodate such a large group) They didn’t make us feel like a burden. Very thankful!“

“I had the Chicken Lettuce Wrap and was very satisfied. The lettuce was fresh and crisp, and there was a lot of chicken.

The restaurant is very clean from the dining room to the back kitchen. The restroom felt like a sauna, and I like that very much.
It has wrap around parking lot, which includes two (2) disabled parking spots.

I love the decor, especially the "W" on the island table. There is a variety of seats from benches, islands, tables for 2 or 4 or more, round or square-shaped to a cozy soft chair beside a fireplace screen.

The staff is great - some being friendlier than the rest.

“I stopped by Apple Pie recently and had a really great experience thanks to Celeste. She was welcoming, friendly, and made sure everything was taken care of. What stood out to me was that even while helping customers, she was constantly supporting her coworkers and making sure things were running smoothly.

You can tell she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about both customers and her team. Employees like Celeste are the reason people come back. Her positive attitude, leadership, and work ethic did not go unnoticed.

Apple Pie is fortunate to have someone like her, and based on what I saw during my visit, she definitely deserves a raise. Great employees are hard to find, and Celeste is clearly one of them.“

“My elderly mother and I stopped at this DQ after an appointment. Two of the gals at the counter were very courteous. One even brought ketchup to our table after letting her know the ketchup pump was empty. They were both very kind and seemed like they liked their jobs. The only fault was, I ordered the chicken strip lunch and one of the strips was very dark, almost as if it was cooked twice, hardly any chicken in it. I told the one gal thanks for being so courteous. You don't find that anywhere anymore.“
