“I had the Chicken Lettuce Wrap and was very satisfied. The lettuce was fresh and crisp, and there was a lot of chicken.

The restaurant is very clean from the dining room to the back kitchen. The restroom felt like a sauna, and I like that very much.
It has wrap around parking lot, which includes two (2) disabled parking spots.

I love the decor, especially the "W" on the island table. There is a variety of seats from benches, islands, tables for 2 or 4 or more, round or square-shaped to a cozy soft chair beside a fireplace screen.

The staff is great - some being friendlier than the rest.

“We had a huge group after a basketball game & the staff was absolutely incredible! The young man that was at the counter was so professional and acted so kind to each child and adult. We got there 30 minutes before they closed the dining area. (No other fast food restaurant is open in our area at that time to accommodate such a large group) They didn’t make us feel like a burden. Very thankful!“

“Our whole family would like to give a shout out to Darnell the manager and the entire staff! We are on our way home to Norman Oklahoma from Minnesota hockey camp and stopped in to check this restaurant out. When we arrived there was a man BERATING the manager and staff and just being unruly for no apparent reason or fault of the staff. They kindly instructed us to pull forward and did a great job trying to diffuse the man and still take care of customers. This man was being racist and using racial slurs and cursing and we applaud the staff that handled it so well given how horrible that interaction must have been. Also, Darnell was so kind and funny and thoughtful bringing us our food and listed off every item from the top of his head and asked “no sauce for the potatoes?!” And then went back inside to get us some! Another employee was also so kind and warm, though we didn’t get her name. THEN, to top it off, we get to the hotel to try this food for the first time and !YALL! ITS SO GOOD!!!!!!!! Correct order, delicious and served by the most awesome staff. To Darnell, yes. You guys are definitely better than Taco Bell. We are officially convinced. Thanks so much and we hope you don’t have to deal with that horrible customer again.“

“It was good but my food was cold. I placed an online order omw and got there right at the time it was originally expected to be done. Right after I placed my order it sent a text that it was already done. I would have rather had hot and fresh. Otherwise, decent place.“

“My elderly mother and I stopped at this DQ after an appointment. Two of the gals at the counter were very courteous. One even brought ketchup to our table after letting her know the ketchup pump was empty. They were both very kind and seemed like they liked their jobs. The only fault was, I ordered the chicken strip lunch and one of the strips was very dark, almost as if it was cooked twice, hardly any chicken in it. I told the one gal thanks for being so courteous. You don't find that anywhere anymore.“
