“If you're looking for John, HE DOESNT EXIST. At least that's what they tell us. I went in Friday and asked for John and apparently no John works there. After screaming and crying for an hour, "jOhn" decided to reveal himself, but I find it funny that his nametag say Terry. Does John even work here? Foods good.“

“First time at this sub restaurant. Bread and meat n lettuce all tasted friend and good. Decent size sub sandwich. Price was good. Got the Mac n cheese and wasn’t overly impressed with it, prob try the chili next time.
Service was polite and fast.“

“The most wonderful custom service I have ever received. I came through the drive thru at 6 pm during a busy dinner service made my order but when I got to the window they had to put more chicken down for extra crispy. The worker politely apologized for the expected 15 min wait and offered to give me a 10% discount for the inconvenience. He even went as far as to offer me and my mother free drinks while we waited. I was more than willing to wait patiently without the discount or free refreshments. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Our food came well packaged ( hot food separate from cold items) which I absolutely appreciate! Food was excellent cooked correctly and just the way it should be. I highly recommend if you are gonna get KFC to go to this location! Outstanding service and great food! A+“

“Makkel was one of the best employees we have ever encountered at this Arby's. If there is a manager apprenticeship program, he should definitely apply. His attention to detail and friendly customer service is second to none. KUDOS Makkel!!!“
