“Driving through Albert Lea and came through the drive-thru. We never eat here so we asked quite a few questions when ordering and he answered them PHENOMENALLY. Very patient with us, listed all menu items and even gave opinions. Haven't had nice service like this in a long time. I don't have any complaints.“

“Went on Thursday April 8th around 10:30 me and my girlfriend got 2 6 inches and they were perfect I ask for a lot of parm on my meatball sub and he did not disappoint best experience I have had at a subway for one in a Walmart it's better then any other and the guy there made my day very nice and funny“
“I have been to this Jersey Mike's multiple times. I cannot say enough about how friendly this staff is. It starts with the manager (I am assuming the gentleman that is there what seems like 24/7) down to his other staff members. The manager and the other staff members make you feel welcomed. My last visit the manager, a female cashier, and a sandwich maker named Michael was there. Michael went above and beyond when making my sub (I had a special order) and he made sure that he understood it correctly and took the time to make sure it was properly done. I would recommend this store to anyone who wants a delicious sub and anyone who wants to feel welcomed and treated very well.“
