The guy pulled it out of the microwave and actually asked me if I would like it more crispy. He took the time with the sandwich by proportioning the ingredients. Efficient and everyone seemed eager to please which is rare nowadays.“

They gave me the option to spend even more (on top of the gluten free up charge for the deal) to get their gluten free cookie. I think the gluten free option should come with everything gluten free.“

“Potbelly consistently has fresh, hot, and tasty food. The malts are delicious. I can recommend the banana malt. If you're in a hurry I recommend the drive-through as it clearly has top priority. There has been long waits in the past but it has gotten better.It's VERY cold inside, consistently.“
