“The manager, Jacob is a super good guy. He went outside to help a customer who had dropped their drink in the driveway. He then went out to clean up the mess so it wouldn't freeze. He was helpful when I ordered n cut me a slice of something I asked about. One of THE best sandwich shops I've been to. 👍“

I went to the Faribault Subway (on a Saturday night) and after some glitch in the app caused my order to fail to transmit, Colton took the time to help me problem solve & get my $ back and had my order made for the online price (with a free cookie) by the time the app had told me it would be ready for pickup!“

“Their veggie sandwich always hits the spot. The staff are efficient and good at what they do. Very polite. The dining area is clean. The ice in the pop machine didn't work, but life moved on. They are reasonably priced compared to other sub shops. Parking at this location can be slightly challenging as it is a shared parking lot.“
