My sandwich had the exact amount I wanted where every bite had it. This was the sandwich of my dreams. I’ll think about it forever. Rosemount Jersey Mikes is top tier. Never going to another location.“

Dietary restrictions: I'm gluten intolerant and have no issues here. I think a person with celiac could find something to eat. Might need to mention it so they have a crumb free prep surface.“

“Sandwiches were delicious and filling. I got a medium Jamaican Jerk Turkey sandwich, which was the perfect size. I didn't feel overfull. They have lots of free hot sauces to use, a good variety. Dining room was simple but clean. Staff was helpful and informative, got my food cooked quickly. Sandwich did not fall apart when I was eating it which was nice, care was put into creating it. “Greg was working last night, 5/15/25. He was working alone. 4 of us came in about 8p. He was waiting on a guest. He was so friendly and engaging. He was cool as a cucumber dealing with the 3 kiddos making choices. He was not even rattled when on of the kiddos asked for stuff on the side. Greg is a great employee!!“

“The person working the deli slicer, maybe the shift leader, during the evening on 09/13/25 had a bunch of online orders. He still greeted me, took my order and worked it in flawlessly into all of the other online orders, while directing another employee on efficiently making all these sandwiches. Which is already just A+ effort!

And then I told him the wrong toppings and he just offered to make a new one without any hesitation. It was my mistake and dude just worked this new remake back into the system. This guy was locked in and I can't even tell you how refreshing that is to see in the fast-casual restaurant setting.

The only complaint I have is that I've had Hey Baby (Drop it to the floor) by Pitbull feat. T-Pain stuck in my head since I heard it in there this morning when I got my sandwich. It was a good sandwich though.“

“Such a great convenient location, the young lady working the close on September 28th was such a delight. Shes greated us at the door and it was right before closing but she was so happy to help us find our online order, she even commented on how delicious it looked.
