Dining room was simple but clean. Staff was helpful and informative, got my food cooked quickly. Sandwich did not fall apart when I was eating it which was nice, care was put into creating it. “We had a large order of 17 boxed sandwiches for a church event, and the team at Jersey Mike's in Richfield did an outstanding job. When I walked in, I was greeted with a smile, and the entire experience was positive from start to finish.

Our order was ready right on time, well organized, and complete. I especially appreciated that the gluten-free sandwiches were clearly labeled along with all the other varieties, which made it super easy for people to choose the kind of sandwich they preferred. The staff was pleasant, helpful, and even brought everything out to our vehicle.

Even with him being by himself he still had great customer service. I hope he gets recognized and that other worker shouldn’t work there if she’s not even going to help the person doing all the work out. “Edit: Updating my rating becuase while this was 7 years ago and both my kids are out of diapers now, I appreciate the follow up and I hope that they follow through on the positive changes.

Their bathrooms do not have any infant changing tables, am I expected to change my infant on the bathroom floors? Shame on you for not providing these to your customers. I will have to avoid eating at this establishment just because I know if I have to change my child there is no where but the floor to do so.“

I’ve been here 3 times lately and only one sandwhich was soggy because I did pickup and waited just a little too long with some extra oil lol I only have myself to blame because I let the sandwhich sit at pickup for like 20 extra minutes.
