“This was a great find in the middle of nowhere! The beer was great and the atmosphere is great. Lots of games and space. The one man checking people out screwed up our order and was very slow…but besides that, it was great. The kitchen made up for it.”

“The best word to describe this place is, nostalgic. A main stay in the community, family owned and one of a kind. This restaurant has been around for decades. When you go start with the broasted chicken. It is juicy and full of flavor. My friend and I split a 1/2 all white meat chicken dinner for only $16.95. I also had a bloody Mary that came with a very good meat stick. I love the old bar. Go on off hours if you don't want to wait. You will love this place!!”

“We were invited here with a very large group of family. They were able to accommodate us, including a baby, and the service was great. Everyone got their food in a timely matter, and I didn't hear any complaints around the table!”

“Came here for the first time for lunch. It’s a lovely small family run operation. They mostly do takeout but we dinned in.Service was awesome and the food came so quick. This is the best sushi I’ve had around this area! The rice is perfectly cooked and we appreciate that the correct amount of rice was used (so many places use too much rice). This will be our new local sushi spot.Thanks for providing great food at really good prices.”

“Our Server couldn't wait for us to leave, my friend and I planned this 2 weeks ago, we always come for the Rueben Quesidillas.We were still eating and she brought us to go boxes, trying to get us to leave, we had only been there 45 minutes and I am sure she wanted her table to turn over and mentioned people were waiting, we purposely came early at 5:30, plus it was my 3rd time being there in the last 2 and a half weeks, plus I told several of my friends to go that actually went to try the Rueben Quesidillas. Really left a bad impression with my friends and myself”

“4/2/24 Update: Tops - under new management - still a nod to our Fighting Irish! Restaurant was clean and had some nice upgrades (flooring, extra tables). Kids corner is gone which was a bummer but it's more upscale of a place without it. No beer license as of my visit a week ago but sounds like they are working on it.The food: we really enjoyed the food quality and taste! Portions were perfect too! Pastas have homemade sauce from what I could tell! Cajun dish could use more spice and the tortellini could use less but other than that, a great meal! Cheese curds were delicious :)New owner is wonderful and wants to please the community. Please come back out to Tops and check out the updated menu and fresh ingredients made with love!”

“My GF and I went here on Xmas Day because who doesn't want to try that at least once in their life?! We got the lunch specials and ordered like four entrees between the two of us, knowing we wanted to try a variety and would have lots of leftovers. They came with cream cheese wontons too. We got general tsos chicken, orange chicken, sweet and sour chicken and sesame chicken. All came with chicken. Fried rice and white rice. Soooo much food and it was absolutely delicious! Only thing I would ask for are some spicier options. Will be back many times in the future.”

“Our go to bakery. My wife and son love all the baked goods at this place. Especially the brownies. They are not extremely sweet, which we love. We also love the fact that they use quality ingredients with prices that are VERY reasonable. Definitely stop by!”

“Great onion rings! But skip the pasta. This was my first experience at a Carbones. We had a large group of 18 and the service was excellent. Our waitress was constantly refilling our drink orders and effortlessly figured out which teen's meals belonged to which parents, even though we sat in different tables. There was a birthday party for a small child going on in the nearby party room and these toddlers were just running around with no parents chasing them, so the service staff had their hands full. Not their fault, but I appreciated that they were trying to keep everyone safe despite the negligent parents. Ambiance was good for a mid-western bar with sports on tv, pull tabs and some arcade games. They had all sorts of beer on tap. They have most liquors too, but couldn't make an Aperol Spritz so I just went with a different drink. Here's what we ate: Western Cheddar Burger (4/5) $13 Delish Cheeseburger (3/5) $12 Standard Mostaccioli (1/5) $11 Bland; would not order again. Fish Sandwich (3/5) $11. Tartar sauce was good. If you like onion rings, try their onion rings... SO good! The waffle fries had a sauce and were good but not great. Their regular fries are standard. I didn't try the pizza because thin crust is not my favorite type of pizza and that seemed to be their specialty.”
