“Me and my 2 friends were in last evening for my birthday. We were given a complimentary salad a slice of chocolate cake with a candle for my birthday. I ordered lobster ravioli which was delicious. The food and the service was excellent. The food server was very attentive. Thank you for making my birthday special.”

“I just moved to Rosemount on July 1 and I am disabled. I have not been out of my apartment building very much due to my disability. But today, Monday, August 17, I was out and about. And I decided to stop at Caribou because I love Caribou Coffee. Before arriving, I was at the Grocery store behind it. And I called ahead to see that if I placed an order in the app, if anybody would be able to deliver it to me curbside. As I said, I am disabled. And I have a very large power wheelchair, which does not fit through very many doors to be quite honest. So curbside pick ups are a must. when I called, Stacy answered the phone. I presented for my dilemma and asked if anybody would be able to bring the drink out to me. She replied that they would happily do this for me. All I had to do was call when I arrived.We hung up, I placed my order, and I rolled through the parking lot to go and pick it up. As I rolled up to the entry on the sidewalk, as I was about to call on the phone, another barista named Jada popped her head out the door and asked if I was Theo. I replied yes and she had my drink in her hand already.

Five out of five stars for being kind, compassionate, and customer service driven to both Stacy and Jada. I will definitely stay a loyal customer to this Caribou, as long as they will have me.”

“My husband and 2 year old granddaughter dined in tonight at this location. A group of 5 teenagers were causing a disruption in the dining area. Bouncing a basketball and throwing trash on the floor, left trash on 3 tables then they moved to a different table. An employee asked them to please pick up their trash and they got mouthy with her and started swearing and refused to pick up the trash. 2 men at separate times went up to them and told them to knock it off or leave. An EMPLOYEE of Culvers named NOAH who was working also got mouthy with one of the customers and was laughing and siding with the disruptive teenagers. (one said he was 14). i sure hope i never see that employee NOAH at this location again or i will not be at that restaurant again.”
