I meet friends here the first Wednesday of the month for lunch and conversation. We are pleased to be allowed to be there on Wednesday for lunch. The owner is very nice to open for us as they are normally closed on Wednesday.
Great little hidden gem in a Rosemount neighborhood! Wonderful staff and delicious food. An added plus for creativity... the have a breakfast crepe menu with a twist! They are definitely not looking for those that want to enjoy a cocktail with their meals as their rail drinks alone are more than $9. If you're looking for delicious eats without cocktails, this is a great place to go!

4/2/24 Update: Tops - under new management - still a nod to our Fighting Irish! Restaurant was clean and had some nice upgrades (flooring, extra tables). Kids corner is gone which was a bummer but it's more upscale of a place without it. No beer license as of my visit a week ago but sounds like they are working on it.The food: we really enjoyed the food quality and taste! Portions were perfect too! Pastas have homemade sauce from what I could tell! Cajun dish could use more...read full review
