One of our favorites. We love to support local spots, and Fireside is #1. A great supporter of Rosemount High School, too! My husband arranged a surprise 50th birthday party for me in their party room. Fantastic food, great service, and a menu with some unique dishes. Try the Chop Chop Salad! ?
My experience at Fireside Grill and Bar was nothing short of extraordinary, thanks to the amazing food, the unique setting with a hockey rink, and most importantly, the incredible service provided by Olivia, their standout bartender. It has become our Friday night go-to place. Great service, Super nice staff, and AMAZINGLY tasty food. I’m working my way down the menu and haven’t tried everything, but everything I’ve tried has been great!
