“My husband and 2 year old granddaughter dined in tonight at this location. A group of 5 teenagers were causing a disruption in the dining area. Bouncing a basketball and throwing trash on the floor, left trash on 3 tables then they moved to a different table. An employee asked them to please pick up their trash and they got mouthy with her and started swearing and refused to pick up the trash. 2 men at separate times went up to them and told them to knock it off or leave. An EMPLOYEE of Culvers named NOAH who was working also got mouthy with one of the customers and was laughing and siding with the disruptive teenagers. (one said he was 14). i sure hope i never see that employee NOAH at this location again or i will not be at that restaurant again.“

“This is our favorite place. We come multiple times a week. Good drinks, food never disappoints, and the staff are like an extended family to us. This is our Cheers. Cheese Curds are to die for. Hangover burger, garlic parm wings, fish and chips, sandwiches - it’s all good!“

“We stopped here after a long bike ride and loved the atmosphere. The decor is fun and they have a wonderful patio. We stopped when bingo was happening and we aren’t a fan but at least it was not noticeable on the patio. We liked the free popcorn while we waited for our food. Good burger and gluten free bread for my wife’s sandwich. The waiter couldn’t be found to get our check so we had to go to the hostess in the front to track him down. It was fun and good food, but we won’t go out of way to return.“

“The food was delicious and our waiter Ivan was great! The menu offers a lot of choices from salads, soups, sandwiches, burgers, and much more. There's a nice cocktail menu, too. There's something for everyone. The Rueban sandwich with Parmigian fries the Rachel sandwich was delicious! We treated ourselves to desert. The homemade bread pudding and turtle cheescake...yum!!

My only complaint would be prices.

I’ve been to this place so many times and I’ve had some great experiences but the main reason I love coming to this place is the people are real, the service is great and Rena is by far one of the absolute best servers I’ve ever had the pleasure of being served by. If everyone was as friendly and welcoming and willing to put in the work as her this place would need to become a franchise.“

“My husband and I have gone here a lot for date night. Tonight we went for our 10 year anniversary. I made a reservation and mentioned it was our anniversary. When we got to dinner they gave us a booth with flowers at our table and a card, and even a free dessert. it was so sweet they went above and beyond. I will still keep going back for the great food and atmosphere. We love this place and always recommend it to everyone, does not disappoint!“

“Nordstrom Grill is one of my favorite restaurants at the Mall Of America. The menu is simple yet very good. I appreciate how hard the staff works and that the store manager steps in when things get busy. I’ve never been disappointed. Always have loved the Basil Tomato Soup and can’t resist grabbing a chocolate chip cookie!

Day after Christmas you never know what you’re going to get! There were a few people in/at the at and a large group; bartender was very attentive. Ordered a buffalo chicken flatbread and was blown away. Sucker was loaded, tons of chicken and so much flavor! I’ve been disappointed so many times with the heat level of buffalo chicken… this was soooo good! Highly recommend. I will stay here again without doubt.“

“My little brother says this Applebee's in specific has his favorite chicken wings ever lol. However my personal fave is Applebee's classic cheeseburgers & French fries! However I was a bit let down with my order from here, I ordered my favorite meal, obviously. & not only was the burger not cooked the way I asked for it to be (medium well) but it was under cooked which is never a good thing. I took one bite & unfortunately spit it out due to how pink it was still.. the fries were UNSEASONED (the seasoning on the fries is literally why i love them so much.) and were cold and slightly soggy...? I've eaten here over a year before this experience and back then I had a wonderful time, but this time at least as far as the actual food went was not a good time at all. But i will say the host that bagged and rang up my order was very kind. I enjoyed speaking with her. the only other thing Id like to say is there really should to be more standing room for customers when waiting for a table, paying for their meals, etc. The area they currently have I personally don't think is even big enough for 2 full booths. For instance i am 5ft tall and i was attempting to stand there with 3 other men, all whom were about average height/ maybe slightly shorter and to be completely honest it was so cramped that we were all touching shoulders... just made it very uncomfortable overall while waiting for my food/waiting to pay. Overall though this specific Applebee's franchise is alright. I just know of a few other locations that I personally prefer.“

“This is a gas station eatery. We got the breakfast burrito with steak and eggs and tater tots. The burrito was giant but it was under seasoned, the meat was a bit dry, and there wasn't enough cheese/sauce in it. But it was hot and had a good amount of eggs and steak so we didn't really mind. We will be back to try the brisket and some other items that looked interesting.“

“Celebrated 2 Birthday’s and the food was fabulous. Started with a Blooming Onion which was very good. Shrimp skewers on seasoned rice was excellent along with fresh green broccoli and a salad which I took home. Portions are big. Enough for a second meal.And a complimentary ice cream sundae. Fresh made rolls were excellent as well. Service was superb. Fun place to celebrate any occasion The other 3 people at our table enjoyed the shrimp, 6 oz filet and salmon. Will definitely be returning. Very attentive staff!“

“I've been to several Granite City restaurants in different areas, states etc. And several of those are now closed. The food is good but not great. The menu is limited. The draft beer selections need upgrading. The service has always been great but there must be a reason why some have closed up. I will say that they typically get your order out pretty quick compared to other places.“

The place is simply charming and is family oriented. The food was soooo good! I plan on going back after their family vacation. If you haven't been here yet, I highly recommend it!“
