“Food was excellent. We were the only ones in the dining room. Unfortunately there was a large, big mouthed male sitting at the bar throwing out f-bombs for everyone to hear. I asked the bartender(a female) to please ask him to tone down his language. That lasted a couple of minutes and the more crowded the bar got, the worse he got. His lack of respect for other patrons was disgusting. I let the bartender know we won't be back.“
“Family and adult friendly bowling alley and full service bar. Plenty of seating at or around the bar and 12 lanes to get your bowling on. Staff is always super friendly. Good food menu with plenty of choices. I like the Cuban myself or you can never go wrong with ordering a pizza. They have Buck Hunter, pinball machine, and several dart boards. One of my favorites in Farmington!“
“Food was decent, abit very overpriced for typical bar fare. Service was over-zealous in presentation but sub-par in execution. The place was rather quiet, which is unusual because it's usually very loud and chaotic. On nights they have Bingo, it's obnoxiously deafening and very disorderly.“
“Absolutely love this placeJust right atmosphere. Very chill yet safiatacated barVery kind bartenders and havnt had a negative experience once. Not sure if it's the bar or the people in the town, but every person I've met here have been wise respectable people. I appreciate that. Very positive energy .,The world needs more if this. Thank you.“
“Very delicious. My partner and I got the fried pickle rolls which were the best. We both ordered the pick 2 for 32 bucks. I got the brisket and ribs with beans and mashed potatoes. I disliked the beans as it was a bbq soup with a few beans. I had it switched out with dirty rice. The potatoes were good. Ribs great. But the brisket was dry. My partner got the ribs and smoked chicken with dirty rice and brussels. The brussels were delicious( my partner let me try one) the dirty rice was good. The smoked chicken was the best meat of the night. We both enjoyed the ribs. A lot of food, we ended up taking half of it home. I recommend it. Our waitress was unfortunately below average in hospitality. Give this place a try.“
“Good food good atmosphere value pricedFamily friendly. Easy switch out sides. Good side salad. Good sour beers. Please keep doing sours.Great locally owned restaurant brewery. Can get crowded at the high top bar area.It is awesome when the patio is open.Bring back the kimchi tacos please. They were a little unique but were not odd. Even Midwestern born like them. As a southernee living here, it tickled my taste buds in a good way (flavor and a little spice).Average 3 times a month.“
“I have to say. I’ve been to this place so many times and I’ve had some great experiences but the main reason I love coming to this place is the people are real, the service is great and Rena is by far one of the absolute best servers I’ve ever had the pleasure of being served by. If everyone was as friendly and welcoming and willing to put in the work as her this place would need to become a franchise.“
“Cheap, quality sit down food.If you have a minute, it's definitely worth the visit.Staff are amazing, always happy to give you an MN "hello" and "goodbye"Burgers and chicken are great, very hot and tasty.Seats are eh, it's what you'd expect from an old restaurant“
“it’s so good, but their new menu has taken at least nine things off. It was already a little bit light in terms of content and variety, so even harder to find something I'm in the mood for. Hopefully they can add a few more items back soon. Two of the items that are not as good or their flatbread with their premade dough and their chicken wings have great flavor and are cooked well, but the quality of the chicken just isn’t there. interestingly the chips that come with their spinach artichoke dip are perfect and some of the best tortilla chips around.“
“I have been frequenting since 1993. The new management has added a real upscale feel to the decor. The prices are still very affordable for drinking. Kitchen was closed and there seemed to be a general grumbling about dismay with new management but no tangible reason why other than the owner we had all known for dozens of years wasn't there anymore. Ole Piper is still a staple of the community and holds a tradition of providing a one-of a kind dining experience to the neighborhood. I am glad they survived for so long but I am confused about their lack of events/activities like darts, top golf, big game hunter, arcade games, or karaoke that graced these halls in years past.“
“This place is popular, and for good reason: you’ll get good food at more than fair prices, accompanied by great service. We have eaten at this Texas roadhouse location half a dozen times, and the service has always been exemplary.Chances are good that you’ll be greeted by a packed waiting area. I think the shortest wait we’ve ever had there is 20 minutes. (We’ve visited at both lunch and dinner times.) It’s not that they’re not turning over the large dining area quickly — the staff are hustling to be able to serve as many customers as possible. The servers have always been cheerful and exceptionally helpful. In my opinion, they’re the best thing about the place. The food is always tasty. We’ve sampled many things across the menu from ribs to chili to chicken to steak. Everything is very well prepared and tasty. Knock your socks off amazing? Not quite, but for the prices, it’s an excellent value. At my most recent visit, I ordered the Roadkill, which my server said, was very popular. I inquired what a chop steak was. She gave me a description that sounded good, when it arrived it became obvious that she had never eaten it before. You learn something every day: a chop steak is a hamburger patty. This particular hamburger patty… er, chop steak… was smothered in delicious onions and mushrooms and cheese with some tasty sides. Needless to say, I was not disappointed with the flavors, but did find it humorous when I pointed it out to the waitress. We both had a good laugh. I’ll probably order it again. My dining companions got ribs which were good (when they say “fall off the bone”, they ain’t kidding), and a chicken sandwich which was very good. For our taste, the atmosphere leaves something to be desired. The decor is cool and comfortable, but it is loud almost to the point of distressing. Some people may like that, but conversation is not easy. Your dinner may be interrupted by the most anemic line dance you’ve ever seen. The poor weight staff have to trudge to the center of the restaurant and go through the motions with some regularity as they crank up the music to nearly unbearable levels. (Closed circuit message to management: this adds next to nothing for the dining experience, and your weight staff obviously gets no joy out of it. It feels like it might’ve been cool… 25 years ago. Please don’t continue to force this practice down anyone’s throat.)Overall, we always walk away from our time at this restaurant satisfied with our meal and pleased by the service.Kid-friendliness: Loud, fun, kid friendly menu and atmosphere“
“I went to meet a friend today at Apple Valley Perkins. The lot was full. I am disabled. Both senior citizen spots were filled. Three of us got there about the same time so we pulled into spots next to the senior citizen spots. One of the cashiers (long gray hair)came out throwing her arms up in the air and motioning for us to leave. I rolled down my window and she hollered, "THOSE AREN'T PARKING SPOTS!! THERE AREN'T ANY LINES!" She motions like she was making lines on the pavement The other two cars LEFT! I stayed ONLY because I was meeting a friend. SERIOUSLY? This is how you treat your customers? My friend showed up and she parked where I was going to park. The hostess was on the phone so she didn't control the parking. A while later, she came around to all the tables asking who owned the white vehicle out in the lot. We frequent Perkins a lot and have parked in those spots before with no problems. A walk from Petco is a little to much. Especially for a disabled person.“
“Excellent food. Menu changes seasonally. And the cheese board is so good and such a fun appetizer to have with a glass of wine. It's very, very loud, especially on the weekends. That is a reason why we avoid it on the weekends. It's way too hard to have a conversation.“
“Their breakfast is incredible, stuffed french toast every time for me. Went for lunch yesterday and the chicken salad melt may be the best melt I've ever had. Lunch has no waits, breakfast will have a wait which is the only bad thing you can say about this place.“
“The place is nice more for children to eat, the food is more for children than for adults, there is little to choose from, the truth is I loved the fried chicken sandwiches until yesterday when I tried the old oil and it made me very disgusted ? it started me my stomach hurt when I finished dinner and all night I felt like vomiting ? and my stomach hurt, I hope they are more careful when changing the oil, as a mom I know the taste of old oil used several times, I will not eat there again in a long time and if I come back, I will not eat those chicken sandwiches again, maybe I would order something else ? I hope they pay more attention to washing the lettuce well and changing the oil for frying more oftenParking: Apple Valley MN there is enough space in the parking lot“
“This is our favorite place. We come multiple times a week. Good drinks, food never disappoints, and the staff are like an extended family to us. This is our Cheers. Cheese Curds are to die for. Hangover burger, garlic parm wings, fish and chips, sandwiches - it’s all good!“
“Good food with great prices! Always my go-to when we want a qucik bite to eat. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Food is always hot n fresh, and the service is always quick and friendly. I haven't had a thing i haven't liked yet.“
“Stephanie is the manager and she’s very nice and easy going. Thomas prepared my turkey, bacon ranch sandwich which was so good my nose was running. I also had an order of the broccoli salad…the rum cake samples prompted me to purchase the sampler package it contains all four flavors. I got a few more treats to take home. Looking forward to our next shift together ⭐️“
“We had a great experience at Lucky's Pub 13 in Burnsville, our waiter, Lucas, and the host were so accomidating! We are not from the area and wanted to watch the Iowa Women's Basketball game, they turned it on for us and we stayed for the duration of the game and felt as if we were VIP with the treatment we receieved from staff. Food and drinks were just an added bonus but it was the staff that made everything so much fun!“
“Brunch was great- could have used more seasoning but I get it, making food for a bunch of people is not the same as for an individual. As good as the food was, the service was even better. Not everyone at our table of 6 had brunch but everyone was taken care of the way you'd expect at a $100/person type of restaurant.“
“Ok. Here's the deal. It's December. We walked into the restaurant, hoping for some Christmas spirit. Lights, garland, a simple tree. Perhaps a warm welcome or Merry Christmas, Happy New Year. Nothing. Add to that very few people on a Friday night! The food was good, but the wine was overpriced and below average. Our waiter was wonderful. We are glad we tried it yet we will not return.“
“Well it’s A Great Sports Bar with Regular s, but also has a nice Dining area section separating the Bar and Dining.Food is always, Hot and Fresh! I had the Soup and Salad before the Vikings game ! Salad was Fresh chilled an had a bun a crackers along with a great Bowl of Tortilla chips and soup with black beans, absolutely delicious! Soup 4.5, Salad a solid 4+… great service, fair prices, and the Vanilla Porter was spot on!If you’re looking for a great Spot for Family or Games! It’s on my Go To Place! The Service is Friendly and Professional! Definitely Old School with an updated Menu! Try it you will Like It!“
“Very good food, the chef is always trying something new which is refreshing instead of having the same items. They prevent their menu from getting stale like some many others. Stacey is amazing, not only a great bartender but she does so much more for Celts. The rest of the staff are really good too. Highly recommend“
“Fun little bar for locals, I come here pretty often to just hang out and play pull tabs. Recently have had TERRIBLE experience with a seller, Darla. She’s super rude and unprofessional yet expects tips! Definitely making me think twice about coming back at least when she’s there.“
“The food was so good, the several, Nikki, was excellent. We haven't had this degree of service for a very long time. She was so helpful, very attentive, and anticipated all of our needs. We had the Buffalo Wings, the Reuben with fries, and the Bleu Burger with the best onion rings around.“
“I had the Royal kabobs, steak, chicken, and shrimp kabobs with some gyro meat. The kabobs were fantastic, the gyro meat wasn’t that good. It wasn’t bad, it was just bland and came with no tzatziki nor pita bread. We also ordered the hummus and the pita you get were the best I’ve ever had. It wasn’t the usual dry flat bread, but small fluffy puffs of delicious bread; perfect for dipping. The hummus was also very good. The other people I was with also raved about their meal. The only thing I would say to the owners is work on the gyro meat, and add some tzatziki to the Royal Kabob“
“Culver's provided a delightful dining experience with their delicious menu offerings and warm atmosphere. The standout element was the exceptional service, notably from Aiden, who went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Aiden's attentiveness and friendly demeanor enhanced our visit, making it a memorable outing. Culver's commitment to both quality food and outstanding customer service, exemplified by Aiden, earns them high praise in my book.“
“Just moved to the area from Minneapolis and had to check out Famous Dave's. Had my toddler with me who fell asleep in the truck. My mother in law was also with me. We wanted to eat inside but didn't want to disturb the baby. So I went in to order for the family. Went in and was greeted right away. Josh ended up helping me. He let me take the menu out to decide with my family what to eat. Came back in and ordered. Josh said instead of waiting in here you can go outto your truck and I will bring it to you since your baby is sleeping. That was extremely nice of him! I appreciate Josh. Sometimes mothers need help. And he definitely did that! I will definitely be back! Oh and food was good! Thanks Josh for the great customer service!!!“
“This the type of steakhouse where you get in line and order your steak, pick a salad and desert place it on a tray and slide it down the counter till you get to the end and pay and your meat ant potato choice us ready.I had a Ribeye, fries, salad, Texas toast, soda, and a slice of Boston cream cake for just 13 cents short of 25$. There is also a soup of the day.I have been there 3 times now and every time my steak has been cooked to perfection. The ribs there are not to be missed either. It is not a upscale fancy place, it us very much old fashioned small town America, of which we are very grateful for! It is very busy at supper time, but we have never had and issue getting 5 - 8 of us seated at a table.Good food, friendly staff, good prices and you get a lot of food. The staff even carried my tray to the table which was a big help. If you find yourself in the area give them a try!“
