“Six of us went for a birthday celebration. Impressive menu. Nice ambiance. Great service. All of the food was terrific except for the Lobster Mac & Cheese - there was NO cheese in it. When that was pointed out to the server, she apologized, took it away and came back with a new bowl. The second bowl did have cheese in it, but it was very runny, like soup. The first bowl with no cheese actually tasted better. It was unfortunate that the one bad meal was what the birthday girl had ordered. For their part, they recognized their error and took that off the bill.Walleye and shrimp tacos were delicious as was the shrimp pasta dish.Warmed brownie with ice cream for the birthday girl was very thoughtful! Delicious too!! We'll definitely be back!“
“They seemed short staffed, so maybe they were a bit on the pokie side. The grub was good. She and I were both satisfied. I mean, yeah, I totally would stop back again. Oh yeah, decent sized menu as well.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly, take them to Play Works by Mystic Lake Casino.Wheelchair accessibility: Doors looked plenty wide enough for a wheelchair.“
“Another great dining experience at PLate. Ribs were succulent and finger licking good! Both the Caesar and pear salads helped blend acidity into the mix with balanced dressings. Wine and cocktail list is way above average and properly priced. Service continues to shine each time we visit! Highly recommend!“
“We were in the Prior Lake area on St. Patty’s day and decided to stop by to grab a bite to eat and a beer.Service was really good, our waitress was extremely friendly, patient and nice. The fried pickles were the best ever! They actually fry the pickle spear so you’re getting hell of a lot of pickle in every bite.I dropped a star because I ordered the fish and chips and the fish had a foul smell and taste to it. Ended up not eating it, waitress was nice to take it off our bill.“
“Today, for lunch, we had the amazing pizza and the bibb lettuce wraps, which were all quite tasty! Of we would have been there for dinner, we would have gotten items off of their Fall/Winter menu. Of course, you can get them for lunch, but we figured we would need a nap if we did.“
“Had dinner during our stay. We opted to eat on the patio, which is beautiful and overlooks the golf course.Service was good. We had the jalapeno poppers that we just okay because they needed to be cooked a little longer. I had the apple and pecan salad, it was really good but had to ask for more dressing. We also had a Flatbread with Meats that was not memorable but okay. The inside bar area is very nice! I would go again.“
“The best hot chocolate I’ve tasted! We always eat here on our way out and the hot chocolate is a must! This time I ordered the eggs Benedict with hashbrowns. I was not super impressed by the eggs Benny since the English muffin didn’t feel very toasted. It had some flavor but pretty average. The options are the menu aren’t very diverse, but they hit all the classics. It’s a nice seating area too that’s bright and open. It’s always busy in the mornings on the weekends, sometimes you’ll have to wait for a table.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu included“
“At noon from Monday through Friday I go to La Casa Deli and order my meal. "Cuatro wet birria quesotacos & café" is what I tell the server after I sit down, preferably next to the fire. The tacos come with limes, serrano salsa & the birria soup. Once I saturate my quesotacos in lime juice, I dip them in the house made serrano salsa. Before too long there are no tacos on my plate, which is now covered in orange grease, along with my face and my right hand. The birria soup has a little beef at the bottom, before it too joins the fresh cut vegetables and peppers. My coffee is always too hot, so I take it to go and enjoy it later after I clean up.Please ensure this establishment thrives, I can't get better Mexican food anywhere else.Casa Deli Savage,Thank you.“
“Our server was there when we needed them, didn't come and talk to us with seemingly no reason.Food took about 30 minutes, on a decently busy night, so that was nice. The atmosphere I love, got window seats facing towards regional center road and nice view for a decently sized city. Didn't like the pop music, but that I'd what you get when you go to a restaurant in the city.I had the burger with no tomato, no secret sauce and avacado. Massive burger, came with fries and lettuce and pickles, had to put them on myself. Couldn't finish the whole thing but was AMAZING. Burger cooked well, no overdo on the sauce or anything like that. Came with what I think was cheddar, but don't wanna say for sure, good quality cheese though.Overall 14/15 because the atmosphere matters, but not that much when the food and service is just that good.Parking: Parking is good, lots of spaces. Handicap parking out front of the restaraunt.Kid-friendliness: They have good kid options for food, ans give coloring stuff to the kids that come.Wheelchair accessibility: There are large wheelchair restrooms along with there being no stairs in the restaurant to get anywhere, and handicapped parking out front.“
“My husband and I decided to try Gary’s to celebrate his birthday. The server was so friendly and helpful from start to finish. The food and drinks were excellent. We started with the popovers. My husband ordered the filet and I ordered the parmesan crusted walleye. I also ordered my favorite drink, old fashioned. It was such a great experience!!! We loved it all and will definitely be back.“
“solid dive bar and burger joint with reasonable prices. don't go here looking for anything fancy or craft burgers. they're meaty, greasy, and just plain tasty. pair it with a brew, and you've got yourself a quality meal. waitress was very personable and quickly fixed an issue with our order. the fries came out kind of cold and she brought us a fresh basket of hot and crispy fries. parking lot is VERY small, but there's plenty of street parking available.“
“My daughter and I went out to a quick dinner on a Friday night. She got the nachos ( and fixings on the side) and I got the smash burger with the sweet potato tots. There was a generous amount of nachos in fact she took more than half of it home. They were super light and crispy which she has never had before. The smashburger that I had was phenomenal the sweet potato tots were on point. Since my daughter is by choice gluten free ( not celiacs) she ordered the chocolate cake as well..while it was good it did have a slightly unusual back end flavor which she didn't care for. The cake was still good in my option. Our service was great as well.im sure we will be back.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free optionsParking: Plenty of spaceWheelchair accessibility: 1 level space available“
“I ordered their Easter meal for 7-8 people. Full meal plus desserts. It was ready for pickup on time on Easter morning. The directions were easy-to-use. Everyone loved the food. The meal was a bit skimpy on the gravy, but that was the only downside. I definitely will order from here again ?Dietary restrictions: I am gluten free and their allergen list was very helpful.“
“I've been here many times and continue to be impressed. I think Wildfire might suffer because it's tucked in a mall but don't let that deter you. Last time I had prime rib and crab cakes and both were as good as any I have had anywhere in town. It's amazing to find great crab cakes in the middle of Minnesota but these guys pull it off. I could go on and on about all the good menu selections but I'll just say I've never been disappointed. One thing they do very well also is the pace of service. Even when it's very busy the I'm sure this is prompt but not rushed and you never feel like you're having to wait too long or that they are pushing you along. I will add that I have had several business events in the private rooms here and they do a great job with that too. Whether it's lunch or dinner they really seem to be able to accommodate a variety of groups or the most intimate of dinner events.“
“Smokin Hottdish has been my go-to choice for lunch for several years. The food is consistently delicious and generously portioned. The owners are incredibly kind people, and it shines through in their service and their food. I will tell my grandchildren about the Smokin Hottdish Philly Cheesesteak.“
“Excellent local diner with very generous serving sizes, excellent burgers and fish fries and beer on tap. This is our go to for treating ourselves out. Seating is fairly tight and can be. Bit on the noisy side, but nothing beyond the average modern restaurant noise.“
“Me and my brother were in town for the day and decided to try this place out after reading their reviews. I’m so glad we did! The breakfast was absolutely amazing! My omelette and hash browns were so good. The service was 10/10 everyone was super nice . When we come back to the cities we plan on stopping again to eat. ?“
“We recently had the pleasure of using Mr Pig Stuff for our wedding, and we were thoroughly impressed by their impeccable service and delicious food. From the very first consultation to the process of working with John on the final details, the week before our big day was a pleasure. The staff was professional and attentive but also incredibly friendly, they were highly accommodating, seamlessly adapting to our last-minute changes and special requests without any hesitation. It was evident that they were dedicated to making our day truly memorable. In fact, some of our wedding guests were so impressed by Mr Pig Stuff that they were already considering using their services for their own upcoming events. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better catering experience for our special day!-Zakk Trudeau and Shelby Reetz“
“I wanted to make more of an effort in 2024 to leave reviews for great experiences. We were Lakeville for a late fam Christmas and always love trying somewhere new. Madi K. was our server. Our food was fantastic along with the drinks. I did the Firery Bloody, she recommended a perfect Sauv Blanc and my hubby is an Old Fashioned snob and highly approved! We didn't need to bring anything home and the kids entrees/sides were at a wonderful price point (even healthy choices). We will be back for sure! Vibe was awesome and a great atmosphere. Bang for your buck! Cozy and upscale bar food! Something for the whole fam!“
“We were traveling in the area and wanted a place close by to eat so we thought we'd try Clive's. It was wonderful. That night's special was a flat iron steak with 2 sides. We asked for medium rare and it was cooked perfectly. The vegetable medley and mashed potatoes were excellent as well. We enjoyed it so much we went back for lunch 2 days later.“
“Had a great experience for dinner. This was our 3rd or 4th visit, but the first time ordering pizza, which was really excellent. Went with the thin crust, which was a great choice. One in our party had a large salad with chicken, which was solid, but not exceptional. The other order was a tater tot hot dish. Pretty good, but probably wouldn’t order again. Had great service, while also being very busy. We like the atmosphere, very playful and interesting with “cabin like” (Tin Shed) vibe. We will come back for sure.“
“Excellent place! Very good food, and very good service. There are many televisions to watch sporting events. I was a little hesitant, since there is a large bar in the center, and I was with my 2 children and my wife, but the people were very calm. Very good “
“Met my aunt for lunch with my 10 month old at Firehouse Grille. The servers were so nice! My baby made a little mess on the ground with his puffs and even though we offered to clean it up she was so nice and adamant that it was no problem and she would clean it.The food was so good!! I had a salad and everything was fresh and crisp.Love Firehouse Grille!!“
“Classic, Bloomington staple. Great price and phenomenal roast beef. Food is always fresh, always delicious. My favorite thing about working from home is walking to Wally's for lunch. Very cool atmosphere, especially as a Bloomington native!“
“I drive from Minneapolis to Shakopee when I crave Culvers. Their food tastes better. It's always packe when we go. I've been to Brooklyn Park and others and have gotten the same thing...still Shakopee take the win.My favorite is the 10 piece shrimp basket. My boyfriend gets the Butter Burger with bacon.“
“We love stopping in for food and drinks on weekend to catch a game! There's a ton of TVs, so you can see the game from pretty much wherever. Get there early if you want a seat at the bar, gets busy and it fills up quick! Our go to app is the short rib quesadilla & then we switch up everything else! GF menu is a little limited but there are options. They have great daily specials, but make sure you check it ahead of time if you don't want to get caught on bingo night!“
“This place was amazing!!! Breezy was our server/ Bartender he was fantastic and gave excellent service!! The food was fresh and hot, The atmosphere was comfortable and clean we could not have asked for a better way to end our night thank you Breezy!!!“
“The place was PACKED and wait for a table was over an hour but the servers never lost their smiles! All you can eat fish fry Friday was a great deal. Fish could have used a little salt but batter was light and it was perfectly cooked. Club sandwich had good quality ingredients and was perfectly toasted. Two for one beers rounded out a Good Friday night!“
“Classic food, small town diner look and feel, a few beers to choose from. I keep coming back for lunch because it's a nice atmosphere to sit and chat with work friends while eating lunch.Vegetarian options: Veggie burger is tasty and fully loaded if you want.“
“The whole staff, was just amazing!! The kitchen crew, the cooks on the floor and, the Lord, the Walt staff, woo, grabbing the dirty and getting them set back up like, BOOOM!! Thank you for blessing everyone that came there. We were served an amazing meal.“
“We had a group of six and a child eat at LARS for dinner and breakfast, and both times we had Brook as our server. Brook went above and beyond for our group. Always checking to make sure that we had everything that we needed, and we were always well taken care of. For dinner, we had a birthday that we were celebrating, and Brook surprised her with cake and ice cream. For breakfast, he knew we were about to drive home, and he made sure the kids had to go snacks and juices for the ride. Food was great, but service was exceptional. Will definitely back!“
“Be aware that if you sign up for the waitlist, it’ll tell you a time to show up and check in with the host, but then they won’t find your name on the list and tell you that you never checked in and should’ve gotten a text that we never got. Then they knew move your name to the bottom of the list where you might have to wait an hour and a half. Then no one knows what’s going on and so we have to celebrate my boyfriend’s party somewhere else. Terrible place to go wouldn’t recommend.“
“I can't say enough good things about this place and about Bryan! We did both our ceremony and reception at Turtle's 1890 Social Centre, and not only was the pricing the most reasonable of any venue we looked at, but they also included the most. No nickel and dime-ing you to death, their pricing is straightforward and included everything we needed. Tables, chairs, linens, dishware, all of it. And the food was awesome!! We did street tacos, and they were superb! All of our guests with special dietary needs were accommodated, and all the guests had great things to say about the food and the staff! The staff was friendly, professional, and helped make sure everything went smoothly. Bryan also went out of his way to get me my favorite beer for the reception (peanut butter porter) and I really appreciate that! The place is also gorgeous. Brick walls, tin ceilings, black and white tile floors, and a beautiful bar are the perfect backdrop for any event. Vintage and elegant, it was everything I could have asked for!“
“Love Mallard’s - jambalaya and walleye are our favorites, and the blackened fish tacos, corn fritters, and lobster mac and cheese are excellent! The staff is always friendly and helpful and it has a great outdoor patio. We highly recommend this place!“
“Crispy goat cheese balls. You are welcome.Come for the chicken but stay for that starter. The proper way to eat it is by slicing the ball in half with your fork, stabbing a bunch of salad and beets, and swirling it all together into your mouth. Total bliss. Also, you may think the starter wings are normal but they are not. Rotisserie chicken styled perfectly wifh the right amount of rub. We've sat outside on their patio and inside. The waterfall table is pretty cool as long as it's not windy. The landscaping is well done and makes one forget they are right next to a busy road. Service was fantastic. When a restaurant hires staff that know how to properly deal with allergies it can really make all the difference.“
“I have lived in Bloomington all my life and have never tried this place. I only discovered it through Yelp search and choose to try it due to the good ratings. They are strictly open for lunch 12-2 located on the first floor of an office building. Therefore, it gets very busy and loud in there for the lunch rush. They were very fast and efficient though. First time coming here I felt a little confused at how to order. If you can read signs then you will be just fine and can figure it out. They have the left side for ordering hoagies and they have the right side for ordering salads. They wood fire the pizzas and sandwiches and looked really good. I tried the oriental chicken salad and it was very tasty! You get huge portions for a great price. All ingredients seemed so fresh too! I was a little confused on the parking situation and may have parked in the wrong area. I parked where it said delivery's only but hey I didnt get towed. I was in and out in about ten minutes.“
“Stephanie is the manager and she’s very nice and easy going. Thomas prepared my turkey, bacon ranch sandwich which was so good my nose was running. I also had an order of the broccoli salad…the rum cake samples prompted me to purchase the sampler package it contains all four flavors. I got a few more treats to take home. Looking forward to our next shift together ⭐️“
“We had a great experience at Lucky's Pub 13 in Burnsville, our waiter, Lucas, and the host were so accomidating! We are not from the area and wanted to watch the Iowa Women's Basketball game, they turned it on for us and we stayed for the duration of the game and felt as if we were VIP with the treatment we receieved from staff. Food and drinks were just an added bonus but it was the staff that made everything so much fun!“
“Definitely a diamond in the rough. The food was amazing! We got the duck bacon wantons, Philly Burger & fries, chips with hog chupcabra dip, chupacabra burger and sweet potatoe tots. Everything we had was spot on. The kitchen and menu is independently owned by the House of Gloor (HOG). I highly recommend checking this out. Can't wait to go back and try some other menu items.“
“It was a very busy Saturday night when we were here. Food was great, service was excellent, and prices were good. The only thing I would change is the walleye fingers. The person in our group that got them said it was mostly fries and not a lot of fish. He said they were good though.“
“We had Breakfast for 1st time and End Zone - The Sausage Skillet was Excellent! My wife loved the Breakfast Burrito. The Burrito was large enough to take half it home for another meal! My Skillet was very filling. Finally the waitress was very good. Great Job End Zone Staff! We will be Back! Tom Chromy“
“Great food always however St Patrick’s Day corn beef and cabbage was the best we’ve ever have. It was perfectly cooked and seasoned just right. Cocktails and wine are awesome. Service is outstanding it always is. Well done. Beautiful!“
