Today’s lunch experience was really disappointing! A few examples… typically your server will check back within a few minutes after bringing your food right? Today no such luck! One person at our table was missing one of the items they ordered. I was missing ketchup to go with my fries. Waited ten minutes then went up to the bar to ask for ketchup.
