“I stopped tonight with a friend for St. Patrick’s Day. They of course were packed, but they handled it with ease. Drinks and food came quickly and were excellent. The chicken wings were some of the best that I’ve ever had.
Our server, Hailey was efficient, attentive and so nice. I have always enjoyed myself when visit McGugh’s.“

“Really great local spot I love, it's a bit more low key than Babe's next door so it's a good place to escape to where it's usually not too busy. Usual bar food like pizzas and chips, nothing too special there, but the people here make it special. I love all the bartenders here, and they host a great karaoke night on Thursdays and now trivia on Saturdays. Prices are also pretty decent with most drinks being $5-$10.“

“Was a little weird at first.. walked in to a guy named Bob dripping wet with 6 shamwows laying on the floor next to him. Started talking, friendly guy but thinks cheese on burgers is gross. Huge red flag. Also, he got so drunk I had to turn into an Uber for the night to get him home safely. Exceptional place otherwise.“

“We had a wedding reception dinner here last Saturday and I would highly recommend it. Mike was so helpful the last month answering all my questions and getting everything I needed to make our night perfect. Everyone was ranting and raving on how good the food was! Our bartender Kyle C. was awesome! He was busing tables and serving drinks like a champ. He even found me the last Busch light in the bar and saved it for me. Our night could have not been more perfect thanks to the hard working staff here. Best of all it worked great with our budget! She moved with grace and efficiency throughout the restaurant from table to table with the same charm and joy. I would hire her in a heartbeat. And, the walleye and wildrice soup were both great. “Buck Hill ski pub. Perfect spot for an afternoon lunch after skiing. The pretzel is huge. I loved the chicken and wild rice soup. Reuben was tasty with lots of dressing! Plenty of space inside and outside on the deck to enjoy watching the right side of the hill.“
