“Delicious and spicy pimento cheese poppers! The fried chicken Caesar salad was good and well dressed, the chicken was crispy. The Burger was good (salty!), filling, and the sauce was delicious.

For the drinks, we got the circus peanut fizz (comes with a circus peanut and is very sweet/creamy), and the peanut colada (tasted like a peanut butter tropical smoothie! So good).“

“Went to Tavern 23 for happy hour with a group and the menu variety honestly threw me off at first — sushi next to wood-fired pizza next to wok dishes? But it works. We got the crab crunch roll, a flatbread, and the cheese curds, and everything came out fast and fresh. Bar area has a good buzz to it, great for a casual group hang. Prices are reasonable for happy hour. Only downside is service felt a little stretched thin since it got busy, but the food made up for it. Solid neighborhood spot.“

“I had a take-out chicken salad sandwich on 7/2 . Sandwich was on sourdough bread which was very dry. Very little salad with way too much lettuce. Chips were mostly regular potato chips. Meal was too expensive. First time having poor quality food at your restaurant.“

“In Fargo, service is not great. i had one bite of my meal and told waiter he could take it. He never asked why, if anything was wrong, just grabbed it and walked away. I wasn't expecting anything other than for him to know why my meal was not hardly touched. He never came back to table until he brought us the bill.“

“We were promptly seated last evening despite the restaurant being a little busy. The wait staff was great, especially the main server/hostess waiting our table. We had the fried pickles as an appetizer which were great as was the dipping sauce. Typically, restaurants make these with pickle chips but these were made with sliced pickle spears. Our three and 1/2 year old grandson really enjoyed his pasta shells in alfredo sauce. I typically eat a burger when going out and greatly appreciate mine being charbroiled instead of grilled. My wife had the beat and avocado salad while our daughter had steak mini tacos. They both enjoyed their selections. The atmosphere was very pleasant and we were quite comfortable. I would be more than willing to have dinner here again.“
